The investment is for the freehold interest for Shiodome Plaza Building, a 11-storey office
building located in Higashi Shinbashi 2, a neighborhood within the Minato district, one of
the busiest urban zones in Tokyo. It is within walking distance from the JR Shinbashi Station,
Shinbashi and the Shiodome subway station.
