*In case of inclement weather, camp will
be held in the RAC Neighborhood. If
inclement weather, that morning call the
Activities Desk to verify location of camp.
Decision will be made at 8:00 am. If
camp is held at RAC, kids must bring
tennis shoes as cleats are not allowed.

Camp Determination Policy:
Please note: All camps must meet a minimum number of participants to run. If the camp
minimum is not met, the camp will be cancelled and you will be contacted. If a camp
needs to be cancelled due to low enrollment, these are the days this will be determined:

Children will be walking to different
locations stated in camp description. Kids
should come properly dressed as they
may be walking in rain or sun. If severe
weather, children will not bowl or go to a
movie.

Camp Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel less than 8 days
prior to the week of camp, the
RAC will keep $20.00 in
administrative fees. If you are
cancelling within the 8 days, you
must call the appropriate camp
director to cancel out of camp,
not the Activities Desk.
No refund once camp begins.
