Capture the historic Trueblood Cup! If you are eligible at either University of Michigan golf course, you can play in this unique
competition.
Join us as we celebrate the University’s golf history and embrace a new tradition in a fun competition for all skill levels. Team
members from the winning course will get a unique Game Day Experience for a 2015 Michigan Football game and more!
This is your chance to experience competitive golf at our premier golf courses designed by World Golf Hall of Fame course architects.
Format
36-Hole Qualifier: Participants schedule and play one round at each course (total of 36 holes)
using our MODIFIED bogey-par scoring format. After reporting their scores by June 30th, the
top 2 scorers in each flight (separated by course) will move on to the Team Competition.
NEW for 2015: Extra point awarded for birdies.
Team Singles Matches: 36 holes of match play against the equally-seeded opponent from
the other course.
Team Best Ball / Four Ball Match: All players play the final match at UMGC on August 22nd
followed by BBQ dinner (rain date August 23rd).
Schedule
May 17th: Registration Deadline.
May 22nd - June 30th: Qualifying rounds - players schedule own tee time at each course.
July 4th: Singles Matches begin
August 22nd: Final - Team Best Ball Matches at UMGC (Rain Date: August 23rd)
September 19th: Game day Experience - U of M Football Game & Tailgate

Each course’s players are divided into flights according to their USGA handicap index (every
player required to have up-to-date index). SPACE IS LIMITED.
Male and female golfers can compete and have an equal opportunity of advancing to the
Team Competition.
Participants must be eligible to play at one of the University of Michigan Golf Courses.
