Dear Parents/Guardians,
As we are completing the Academic Year 2014-15 and the students are going to appear in the final examinations
soon, let us thank God for the many blessings that we received during this year. We sincerely hope that the academic
session 2014-15 was an eventful year and every moment was full of new information, knowledge, surprises with
loads of excitement and enjoyable learning programme. It is time once again to welcome to future with enthusiasm
and commitment. I would like to apprise you of the rest of the activities in this academic year.
 Annual Examinations (SA-III) for Std. I & II will be held from Wednesday, April 15 to Thursday, April 23, 2015.
Timetable for the final exam is given overleaf. Kindly go through the same carefully. Our blessings and best
wishes to all the students!

08th April 2015 – Last day to pay Arrear Fee (I/II Term).
15th April 2015 – Annual Exam begins – STD LKG – V.
23rd April 2015 – Summer Vacation begins – LKG/UKG.

30th April 2015 – Result Declaration Day – STD LKG-V.
01st June 2015 – School Re-opens (2015-16).
Results of the Academic Year 2014-15 for classes LKG – IX will be declared on Thursday, April 30, 2015 and
the report cards will be given out to the parents between 10:00 a.m. to 03.00 p.m. Please note that the report
cards will be given to the parents only, NOT to the students or any other representatives. All fee dues should be
cleared on the stipulated date, otherwise results will be withheld.
New Academic Session 2015-16: The school will reopen for the new academic session on Monday, June 01,
2015 for Std. LKG – IX. The Admission process in the school is on for the Academic Session 2015-16. For

School Uniform: The Material for the Uniform required should be purchased from School only. Those who
require Uniform are requested to contact School Administrative Office immediately for your children for the
Academic Session 2015-16.

Issue of Text Book & Note-Books 2015-16: Text Books and Note Books for all the classes for the academic
session 2015-16 will be issued on 3rd week of May 2015. A special counter is arranged for issuing Text Books.
Special classes: STD IX & XI will have special classes from 04th April 2015 onwards. The objective of these
classes is to give the student some help with the board exams, to get them accustomed with format of exam and
also to finish the lengthy syllabus well in time. It is only during summer vacations, the students get enough time
to learn in a relaxed way. This year also, we have organized summer classes to provide more time for revision of
syllabus and to make the students confident to face exams without any fear and aiming for Excellent Results.
