RAVENSBROOK HOMES
Family Tradition “Learning from the best”
by Smith Corindia
“It
certainly
encompassed all facets of
the commercial real
estate market,” says
Ron, - who goes on to
say that it was a great
environment to hone
his skills at multitasking. But this rapid
fire pace of wheeling
and dealing would run
its course before Ron

50 years. And although Ron paid his
dues early as a kid by pushing a

perhaps like a lot of kids, who were
looking to buck family tradition and
steered his path towards the
University of Western Ontario and
secured himself with a Bachelor of
Arts degree.
From here Ron, took a back door to
the home development industry
and delved into the Real Estate
Market. Ron worked in Real
Estate new home sales before
entering the commercial real estate
business of brokering deals for
retail stores where Ron was

“Garden Homes was a
unique project because it was
set within one of the oldest
communities
of
Mississauga”, recalls Ron
who was involved in the
planning, designing, sales,

says Ron.
The Garden Homes of Lorne Park
found a middle ground that served low
profile condo-residences with seven
design models and twenty-four units
that were intended to provide the
small-scale urban environment true to
its context. These cutting edge designs

were also serving the nouveau breed
of home-buyer at the time, the
empty nester.
The Garden Homes of Lorne Park is
still considered the flagship
community and a perfect measuring
stick for what Ravensbrook can offer
its clients. “My customers are my
best advertising,” prides Ron, “it’s
rewarding to be able to bring
prospective clients through the
homes we’ve already

scale renovations and second story
additions, contract construction and
project management.
Ron has worked with many of the
same trades people for the past 20
years and will only take on a
handful of houses a year so
that he can be on-site and give
the attention needed to each
and every home.

Ron Muszynski seems effortless in
his ability to understand what his
clients desire and has made it his
life’s work to continue to do so. “My

business and I like to think that over
the past twenty years, I’ve learned
only from the best.”
