Garrett Dennis is 14 years old and was diagnosed with Autism at the age of 3. Garrett is a funny, sweet, caring young
man and LOVES to laugh! He is a 9th grader in a multi-categorical classroom at Grand Blanc High School. Garrett began
actively attending events at the Autism Support & Resource Center in 2013. His social behavior has improved drastically
and the friendships he is making are substantial since being involved with the center. He benefits therapeutically
from their state of the art Sensory room.
The Autism Support & Resource Center is a 501(c)(3) not for profit organization. The mission of ASRC is to enhance the
quality of life and provide support and empowerment to families and individuals with autism through all phases of life.
The ASRC has so many programs and tools to offer children on the spectrum and there are many families that don’t
realize it exists. We are trying to change that and raise awareness.
This year’s outing will be held June 20 th at The Jewel of Grand Blanc, 5270 Perry Rd, Grand Blanc, MI with a shotgun
start at 12:30 pm. Registration and lunch will begin at 11:30 am.
We appreciate anything you have to offer, whether you would like to play in the outing, donate prizes, sponsor a hole,
sponsor lunch, sell raffle tickets, or can just volunteer your time at the outing. Please register your team as soon as
possible and send payment to the address below. There are limited spots available and we want to ensure we reserve
enough for everyone to participate.
