Elmhurst College pays for the following amenities: cable, Internet, gas, electric, heat, water. Residents are
responsible for wireless modem.

Studio= 1 parking spot / 1-Bedroom= 1 parking spot /2-Bedroom= 1 parking spot + additional permit for annex lot
Parking spots and permits must be shared between roommates. Parking permits must be visible and hung from
the rearview mirror while cars are parked at Elmhurst Terrace.

the application process. I understand that consideration will be given to those who have mutually agreed to live
