Studio= 1 parking spot / 1-Bedroom= 1 parking spot /2-Bedroom= 1 parking spot + additional permit for annex lot
Parking spots and permits must be shared between roommates. Parking permits must be visible and hung from
the rearview mirror while cars are parked at Elmhurst Terrace.
