RESPICON 2015 includes a category termed “Residential Delegate” and this is to enable delegates to stay at the Grand
Hyatt ie the venue of the conference.
The Respicon committee has succeeded in negotiating a reasonable tariff for the residential delegate for the 12th & 13th
December 2015. Stay can be extended pro rata for one day before or after the conference
The room charges will have to be payableto Respicon-2015 and in turn,all charges towards rooms stay will be settled
by RESPICON -2015 and the tariffs are as mentioned below.
All other incidental expenditures such as alcoholic beverages, tobacco, telephone, internet, room services, laundry, or
any other services availed on the hotel premises should be directly settled by the delegate at the time of checking out of
the hotel by cash or credit card. Please be informed that the loss of the guest room key cards will be charged. The room
compendium provides a list of services and facilities available and their respective charges.
You are requested to carry and provide the following at the time of checking in.


Valid photo ID proof
Deposit of Rs. 5000/- by credit card authorization or cash

The Conference registration fees will rise as per successive slabs after March 2015.
