from the airport, since there are only 25 km from Jože Pučnik Airport to the city centre.
Ljubljana has railway and bus stations located in the heart of the city. All hotels are
centrally located. All breakfasts are served on a buffet basis. As per other meals lunches and dinners are usually served in a form of buffet but it can easily be arranged
for the meals to be served at tables.

HOW TO BOOK
Hotel reservations may be made by completing the online Registration Form no later
than July 1, 2015. The number of rooms available for the Conference is limited and
accommodation cannot be guaranteed after this date.
PAYMENT FOR HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
Your credit card details will serve as a guarantee of the reservation. Written
confirmation will be sent to you after the receipt of your credit card details. Payment
will be made directly at the hotel.
CANCELLATION OF HOTEL RESERVATION AND CHANGE POLICY
All cancellations must be sent in writing to Cankarjev dom. For cancellations received
after August 5, 2015 one room night will be charged to your credit card.
