am immensely delighted to take this opportunity to express my irrevocable
confidence in the professional program of Engineering, Management and
Pharmacy, offered by Rameshwaram Institute of Technology & Management,
Lucknow. All the programs, represent the unique blend of theories powerfully
interwoven with various aspects of practical approach and analytical decision
making process. This facilitates the students to become the better leaders and
policy makers of tomorrow to contribute for the development of the society in
general and with special emphasis to corporate sector as well as NGOs in
particular.
The courses provide the in-depth study of Engineering, Management and
Pharmacy principles to meet the needs of decision and policy makers in related
areas, there by developing the economic and problem-solving skills which are
eminent to deal with the management challenges of rapidly changing and
increasing business scenario.
Business Administration has assumed paramount significance. If cuts across
various inter-disciplinary areas of the management and economics. The course
content has been conceived and designed in a systematic and scientific manner
to counter the effects of highly volatile economic change. The program also offers
unique opportunities of dignified placement to the interns of the Institute.

ABOUT THE SOCIETY
Rameshwaram Educational Society came into being in the year 2002. It is crossing
a mile stone year after year to achieve its goal. Over the years it has earned a good
name reputation in the field of education. The society further wishes to establish
premier Institution of information technology, Biotechnology, Medical Sciences,
Technology along with its already exiting and functional Educational Branches of
Engineering, Pharmacy & Management and an CBSE affiliated school upto KG to +
2 level respectively. The students on roll are highly motivated and focused to
achieve their goals in the quality learning system provided for excellence in life.

The mission of the Society is to promote excellence in the field of
Education, Engineering, Information Technology, Pharmacy, Computer
Science and Management. The main objective of the society is to
establish various technical institutes to produce highly skilled
professional engineers, techno-crafts, medicos and management experts
of shoulder the growing responsibility of the Nation as a true citizen.

ABOUT THE INSTITUTE
Rameshwaram Institute of Technology & Management under the umbrella of Rameshwaram Educational Society
come into being in the year 2005 with its Pharmacy wing and was added with MBA wing in the year 2006 and
engineering wing in the year 2008. The Institute is situated in a pollution free serene environment at NH-24,
Govindpuram,Sitapur Road, Lucknow. It is 12 km from railway station,18 km from airport and 1 km from UPTU,
Lucknow . In very short span of time , the Institute has established itself as on of the leading Institute in Uttar
Pradesh.
Institute is equipped with aesthetically designed and state of art infrastructures including special class
rooms, well stocked library, high tech computer lab , departmental labs equipped with modern equipment, cafeteria,
play ground and other associated administrative and academic facilities. Institute has highly educated and
experienced faculty to impart quality education to produce highly skilled technocrats and managers to fulfill the

This cell is an important part of the Institute which is manned by a group of professionally qualified personals who
have a vast experience of industry and academics.
Training
Training is a continuous process which is carried out through the year. The cell arranges industrial trainings,
seminars etc. Vocational training is provided to all students in 2nd /3rd year under the guidance of our faculty and
the industry professionals. We impart appropriate apprenticeship and internship programmes to
students in reputed organization where they accumulate proper technical and managerial skills which help
them to face industry challenges. Frequent guest lectures are also arranged regularly.
Personality Development Programme
The first and the foremost thing in the minds of all aspiring professionals is a good placement. Placement
preparatory programs are essential for students to face the challenges in selection process by companies.
Consequently customized PDP programs have been designed to cover all branches of engineering and
management. Success in getting desired job depends to a large extent on how well you identify and utilize
your dominant skills and talent. At RITM we convert fresher’s into professionals through grooming personality
through soft skill training, enhancing their communication and presentation skill so that they can grab the
best opportunity of the industry and become able to face all the challenges in their professional lives in
future. We ultimately aim to equip aspiring professionals for climbing the ladder of corporate career.
Placement
This cell prepares the ground for campus selection of students by various companies. The cell facilitates in
identifying the potential companies which will be useful for students to get the best jobs. The cell provides a
platform for the students and the companies to come together for recruitment. Competency mapping and

MEDICAL FACILITY:
All students are provided adequate medical facility
under a medical officer who is available round the
clock. Separate infirmaries have been provided for
boys and girls where first aid is instantly provided by
medical officer. The institute has ambulance facility
available during emergency
BUS FACILITY:
The Institute has its own fleet of buses for the
students to commute. The students may avail the
facility at nominal charges.
FACILITY FOR SPORTS & GAMES:
Students are provided facility for both indoor as well as
outdoor games. An entire week (BSSITM Premiers) is
dedicated in the even semester to conduct inter branch
matches & competitions.
HOSTEL & MESS FACILITY:
The Institute has separate hostel for boys and girls (2
seater rooms). It provides nutritious food which is
prepared under the supervision of Mess in charge &
Students Mess committee. 24 hours electricity, indoor
& outdoor games, news papers / magazines are
provided to give the students a comfortable & energetic
environment.
Wi-Fi FACILITY:
Realizing the need & potential of internet campus has
been made Wi-fi. Students Faculty and Staff use the
facility to keep themselves updated with the latest
happenings and events.
STUDENTS DATABASE FACILITY:
It is a personalized service that helps students keep
track of their progress and growth during their period
of education. Students can check their academic
records of grades, marks, attendance, lecture
schedules, etc,

National Seminar on Current Challenges of Pharmacy Education and
Research
The Department of Pharmacy has organized a Seminar on the theme "Current
Challenges of Pharmacy Education and Research" in association with Indian Pharmacy
graduates association.
National Seminar on Drug Regulatory Affairs
Seminar was Organized in Collaboration with Indian Pharmacy Association to
aware the society on drug regulatory affairs.
National Pharmacy Week
National Pharmacy week was organized on theme “Role of Pharmacist in Health Care System”.
One Day Seminar on Sophisticated Instrumental Techniques in Drug Development
The Department of Pharmacy has organized one day Seminar on the theme
"Sophisticated Instrumental Techniques in Drug Development" in
association with Indian Pharmacy graduates association.
Symposium on Dendrimer in Nano-Drug Delivery
The Department of Pharmacy has organized a two day Symposium on
"Dendrimer in Nano-Drug Delivery" in association with Indian Pharmacy
