Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed and completed
I/we agree to the terms and conditions as stated. By signing below,
authorisation form and deposit payment. Cancellations less than
48 hours prior to the function date will incur the full deposit.

Cancellation notice must be made in writing.
Confirmation of final numbers is required no later than 7 days prior
