AP Exams are offered for many subjects taught at Rosemont High School. With qualifying AP Exam scores,
students can earn credit, advanced placement, or both at the majority of colleges and universities. Please note –
the policy regarding issuance of college credit is determined ONLY by the college or university a student
applies to and will vary among institutions.
* The exam cost for students who qualify for Free or Reduced Lunch is $5.00 per exam.
Eligible students need to complete the Fee Reduction Application and submit it along with this form and
payment to Ms. Keck in the Controller’s Office by the deadline.
PAYMENT: Cash or money order only. Deliver your payment and this form to Ms. Keck in the Controller’s
Office before school, at lunch, or after school.
AP Exam testing dates are May 5th – 15th, 2015.
 The cost of each exam is $91.00.
 Registration deadline is Wednesday, April 8th at 3:30PM. Your completed registration form and payment
are due to Ms. Keck in the Controller’s Office by that date and time.
 Late Registration: Late Registration will be available from 4/9/15 until 4/15/15. A $40 late fee will be
added to each exam ordered after April 8, 2015. Payment is by cash or money order only. Turn in
completed registration form and payment to the Controller’s Office. Late Registration will close at 3:30PM
on Wednesday, April 15, 2015.
Refunds:
Full refunds may be granted before April 8th at 3:30PM. After that date and time, there are no full refunds.
Partial refunds may be granted if they are submitted between April 9th and May 1st. Students/Parents who
wish to cancel an exam during this window will receive a refund, minus a $15 cancellation fee per exam and the
$40 late fee (if applicable). Students who qualify for the fee reduction and request a partial refund will be
responsible for the $15 cancellation fee per exam and $40 late fee (if applicable). There will be no refunds after
May 1st at 3:30PM.
Early testing or late/alternate testing is not permitted under any circumstance.
Pre-administration sessions: Students are required to complete one of the five pre-administration sessions
prior to testing. During the 40-minute session, students will fill out personal identification and demographic
information.

**Foreign Language exam training sessions: Students taking a foreign language exam will have to complete
