2015 Summer Camp Schedule:

Intro to our weekly summer camps!
Activities include art, swimming,
nature hikes and more!
Summer Camps at the Roswell School
enrich the lives of children through
multiple sensory experiences that build
self-confidence and maximize fun!
CAMP 1: June 1- June 5
Little Chefs: A great way for your
child to learn how to help out in the
kitchen! Create cool and easy recipes!
Outdoor Water Play
Weather permitting, the campers go
outside for fresh air and exercise.
Water play makes
outside time lots
of fun. We don’t
worry about the
heat because we
have lots of ways
to stay cool.
All camps are run by staff who are fully
trained in CPR/First Aid /AED as well as
holding a minimum of an AA degree (many
hold Bachelor level degrees in Education,
Sports Management and Science).
Field Trips
Our campers will experience two field
trips a week, each week of camp. A
sampling of current destinations include
Roswell Cultural Arts Center, Mini-Golf,
Tiny Town, Inc., movies and more!
New this year: STEM classes every
Wednesday, every week of camp!
CAMP 2: June 8- June 12
Creepy Crawlers: All about bugs and
their “friends”! Activities include a bug
crawl, worm digs and a trip to the
Chattahoochee Nature Center!
CAMP 3: June 15 – June 19
Architecture and City Design: An
intensive peek into one of our favorite
flagship after school enrichment
classes. Learn about blue prints and
create surreal worlds within
Educational Minecraft.
CAMP 4: June 22 – June 26
Creative Impressions: Through the use
of several mediums, your child will
create exquisite and unique works of
art.

CAMP 5: June 29 – July 3
Blast off: Rocketry brought down to
earth by our resident scientist.
Campers will create their own rocket
projects!
CAMP 6: July 6 – July 10
Scientific Discovery: Focus on Weather
- The science of forecasting & tracking
weather (including some very cool
experiments!).
CAMP 7: July 13 – July 17
Intro to Coding: Create simple programs
and apps!
CAMP 8: July 20 – July 24
Mythbusters (Roswell School style)!
Help us bust experiments such as air
speed, stability, muscle endurance and
more!
Camp 9: July 27 - July 31
Architecture and City Design (Round
2)!: An extra week of Minecraft! Learn
about blue prints and create surreal
worlds within Educational Minecraft.

$39/day (includes field
trips and twice daily
snacks)
