CHARITY GOLF DAY – TEAM AND HOLE SPONSORSHIP INVITATION
The Rotary of Club of Portsmouth North (rotaryportsmouthnorth.info) is delighted to announce details of the
18th Charity Golf Day at Rowlands Castle Golf Club on Thursday 4th June 2015.
This year’s principal charity and thus the main beneficiary of the majority of the funds raised on the day will
be The Rowans Hospice at Purbrook (www.rowanshospice.co.uk). The Rowans is a local based charity
dedicated to improving the lives of people with cancer and other life-shortening illnesses.
Monies raised from our Golf Day will purchase an Electric Patient Transporter.
Additional beneficiaries from the event will be other locally-based charities. Please be assured that every
single pound raised on the day WILL provide support to local charities and, hence, local people.
So, for the 2015 event, this is what the Rotary Club of Portsmouth would very much like you to do;








Enter a team of 4 players at a cost of £300 – or
Sponsor a hole for £200, which includes an on course advertising board.
Enter a team and sponsor a hole
Tee off times between 11.30 and 13.30, allocated upon receipt of application.
Full handicap allowance – yellow tees.
Hole in 1 competition on all par 3's. Winners the past 2 years (NEW £40k Evoque for the hole 11)
Complimentary refreshments on arrival and quality 3 course dinner.
Quality trophies for the prize-winners and a superb charity raffle
