Competitors to register at the Front Office for tee-off time and Caddie Fee Payment RM53.00 to be made upon registration. We recommend minimum tip RM25.00. APRIL 2015 st nd Caddies Optional: All competitors are allowed to engage caddies. Compulsory Competitors 12 years and under are required to engage caddies throughout this championship. Practice Round Caddie fee for Practice Round is RM53.00 inclusive of 6% Govt Tax. Practice Round Caddie Chit can be purchased at the Front Office when participants register for a tee-off time. We recommend minimum tip RM25.00. 6. Eligibility AS PER CONDITIONS OF COMPETITION. 7. Entry Fee The entrance fee of RM 300.00 includes breakfast and lunch over 3 competition days. 8. Registration All competitors are required to register in person at the Golf Club by 12.30 pm on th 6 April 2015. Failure to do so may result in the competitors being withdrawn from the Championship. 9. Storage of Equipment The Club will not provided any place for golf bag storage 10. Practice Range Operating Hours will be from 6.30 am to 8.30 pm daily. Competitors are provided th th free Range balls without charge from 6 April to 9 April 2015. 11. Food & Beverages Breakfast and lunch is provided at the Clubhouse on all competition days for participants only. 12. Prohibited Actions Smoking & Alcoholic drinks. All competitors are prohibited from smoking and consuming alcoholic drinks at all times. Mobile Phones. Any sounds or use of the mobile phone is strictly prohibited in the course during competition rounds. Competitors are reminded that asking for advice from anybody other than their caddie is a breach of Rule 8-1 of the Rules of Golf, the penalty for which is 2 strokes. Talking to parents/coaches/relations/friends/other like-persons may be deemed as so. 15. Rules and Regulations of RSGC All competitors and visitors are required to observe the dress code and the Rules and Regulations of The Royal Selangor Golf Club. T-shirts T-shirts with collars must be tucked in at all times. Exception only for Girls whose t-shirts are designed to be worn over the pants/skirts/shorts”. In such cases, the lower edge of the t-shirt must cover the top edge of the pants/skirts/shorts. T-shirts with or without sleeves are allowed only for Girls. Trousers, Shorts, Skirts Long or short trousers, slacks or pants are allowed. In the case of shorts, skirts the hemline must not be more than eight inches above the knee. Shoes Only Non-metal spiked golf shoes are allowed. Prohibited: Trousers, shorts or pants with elastic or pleated waistbands. Sweat suits, jogging suits, track suits or singlet’s (as outer wear). 16. Insurance All competitors and officials are advised to have their own Insurance coverage. FOR ATTENTION OF NON-COMPETITORS AND VISITORS 17. Food & Beverages Non-Competitors/ (Visitors) Non-competitors will be charged on individual account for any F&B consumed. Other than the F&B provided, competitors will be charged for any additional F&B required. Transactions for F&B will be based on coupons which are available for purchase at the reception desk 18. Prohibited Actions Non-Competitors/ (Visitors) All visitors are prohibited from smoking and consuming alcoholics drinks on the golf course 19. DRESS CODE BY VENUES AND OUTLETS The entire Dress Code for the Club’s various venues and outlet is listed below. Dress Code / Non-Competitors (Visitors) General All Non-Competitors/(Visitors) must be decently dressed Men are not allowed to wear any shirts or T-shirts which are collarless or sleeveless in the Club’s premises unless in venues and outlets without such restriction. Mock turtleneck T-shirts and traditional costumes are allowed to be worn. Traditional slippers are allowed, provided it is worn with the traditional costume On the Golf Courses and Practice Grounds Long and short trousers of any design are allowed except those with an elasticized or a pleated waistband with string or cord belting. Jeans are not allowed. Any collarless or sleeveless shirt or T-shirts are not allowed. Mock turtleneck Tshirts with sleeves are allowed. All shirts must be tucked in. Sweat suits, jogging suits or track suits or their trousers, jogging shorts or singlet are prohibited except when worn as undergarments. Only standard soft spiked shoes are allowed. In the addition to the above, the following dress codes are allowed for ladies on the Golf Courses and Practice Grounds:Shorts that are not more than four inches above the knee. Golf slacks and dress pants. Proper ladies golf sleeveless tops. Ladies’ fashions that are designed to be worn out (one which cannot be tucked in) but must be not less than 4 inches below the belt line. Ladies who are pregnant are allowed to play golf temporarily without having to tuck in their shirts. Main Lounge All attire that is allowed for the golf course is permitted in the Main Lounge. Jeans are permitted, except for torn and shabby ones. For Men- Any shirts or T-shirts which are collarless or sleeveless are not allowed. All shirts must be tucked in except for Batik shirts or Hawaiian shirts. Caps or hats must be removed when entering the Main Lounge. For Ladies - Tank tops, bare midriff and attire which over- the anatomy are not allowed. The following are strictly not allowed:Sweat suits, jogging suits or pants , swimming suits, bath towels and bath robes. Singlet except worn as undergarment. Attire that is dirty or conspicuously torn or parched up, deliberately or otherwise Slippers, clogs and flip-flops. Any footwear not befitting that of a Member. Main Lounge’s Terrace (including Golfers’ Terrace) & Men’s Bar The dress code shall follow that of the Main Lounge with the exception that sweat suits or jogging suits or its trousers are allowed at the Golfers’ Terrace. Garden Terrace The dress code shall follow that of the Main Lounge Fairway Restaurant, Green Restaurant and Upper Gallery The dress code shall follow that of the Main Lounge, except during dinner time (after 7.00pm) where shorts of any kind will not be permitted. * Please make sure that the stipulated dress code for a particular venue or outlet is always adhered to before entering the venue or outlet.
