RESERVATION INFORMATION
Deposit Requirements:
Advance deposit equal to half of the stay is required.
One night reservations must be paid in full in advance.
Discover cards not accepted for advance deposits.
Early Departure and Late Arrivals:
Guests are financially responsible for all reserved dates.
Cancellations:
Receipt of deposit guarantees space is reserved. If
cancellation is received more than 30 days prior to arrival,
deposit is refunded less a $40 handling fee per unit. If
cancellation is received within 30 days of arrival, entire
deposit is forfeited.
Trip Insurance:
Must be purchased within 24 hours of making your
reservation. 7% of your total stay with a $25 minimum
enables you to cancel your reservation or depart early with
only 48 hours notice. Trip insurance is non-refundable.
Pets:
Small pets only. Must be leashed at all times. $15 per night
per pet. No pets in the Cedar Lodge or Main Lodge.
Additional Guests Over Unit Max:
Adults $10 per night - Children ages 4-18, $5 per night
Guaranteed Check-In: After 5 p.m.
Check-Out: Before 11 a.m.
Guests are welcome to arrive early & enjoy our facility.
If your unit is ready prior to 5 p.m., we would be happy to
allow check-in sooner.
All accommodations are non-smoking.
Most rates quoted per unit, per night. Villa rates quoted per
week. All rates subject to state and local taxes. Prices subject
to change without notice.
All units have cable television, bed linens & towels. Some
areas of the resort are equipped with High Speed Internet
access. We do not supply computers for guest use.
