DEFINE YOUR DRIVERS
Set start address, end destination, working time availability, skills, load capacity, navigation devices…
How are Drivers defined?
Drivers are defined by a number of different fields.
Remember that if you change a Driver’s settings from under the tab My Fleet, the new settings
will be applied to all future Route Plans whenever this Driver is utilized. If you only need to modify
settings only for a specific Route Plan, you need to do it from under the tab Route Plans.
Here you find a description of all the fields you can use to define settings and constraints.
Start Address: type the Address from which you want the Driver to start his/her Routes. You
can select the tab Review Start Position for fine-tuning the actual position on the map.
Choose an option for the End Destination: if you select Roundtrip the Route will end at the
Start Address; if you select Open Route the route will end wherever is more convenient; if you
select Specify End Destination a new field where to enter the End Destination address will
appear. Please note that you can also adjust the position of this address by selecting the tab
Review Destination.
The tab Assign to a region (beside the above-mentioned tabs for reviewing positions) allows
you to draw a region on the map. All Orders included within its borders will be forcedly assigned
to this Driver. Note that Orders outside of regions, on borders or in overlapping regions will be
assigned automatically (this means you do not need to stress too much about drawing superaccurate regions). The Driver will anyway be eligible for service even outside his/her region.
Other Drivers' regions are shown concurrently and each region has the Driver's color code to
distinguish it from others. Regions can be deactivated by pressing the on/off button. When they
are not active, only their borders are shown.
All other Settings are accessible by clicking on different tabs.
Working Hours
Start work at: while building the optimal Schedule for this Driver, the Aparan Route Planner
suggests a Route which will start not earlier than the time you set here. Choose one of the times
from the dropdown menu or type in your own setting.
Finish by: while building the optimal Schedule for this Driver, the Aparan Route Planner
suggests a Route which will finish not later than the time you set here. Thanks to the optimization
process, hopefully the suggested Route will be completed earlier. Choose one of the times from
the dropdown menu or type in your own setting. Important Note: if your Driver is supposed to
drive overnight and complete the Route the day after, the time set here should refer to the
following day: add (+1) to the time definition.
Flexible Start Time: When the Flexible Start Time option is ticked, the Route Planner
postpones the actual departure time if that helps minimize the Driver's Total Working Time. If you
prefer a Fixed Start Time, do NOT tick this option and the Route Planner will force the Driver to
start as early as the "Start work at" setting. This leads to routes that, on average, are completed
earlier.
Rest Break: this optional field allows you to define the length of a Driver's break (for example
for lunch)
Starting between: if the Driver has a break, these two fields will define the Time Window within
which you would like the Driver to start his/her break. The starting time of the break will be an
output of the optimization process, with the Route Planner suggesting the best moment (within
limits of a User-set Time Window) for taking the break, thus minimizing its impact on the level of
service.
Work up to (hrs): This field allows you to specify a maximum number of Working Hours for
your Driver, independently of his/her Start and End Time.
Drive up to (hrs): This field allows you to set the maximum number of Driving Hours for your
Driver. Useful for when your governments has restrictions on how long drivers can be on the
road for.
Vehicle
Load Capacity: this optional field applies if Drivers transport goods or passengers and
consequently the Load Capacity of a Driver's Vehicle must be taken into consideration in the
routing process. You can set up to three Loaf Factors. Leaving it blank will set the capacity to
unlimited.
Please note that by pressing the green button you can add a second Load Capacity: this is
useful in case you want to define weight and volume, for instance. Neither of the set values will
ever be exceeded.
You can choose the Load Unit which best matches your own operations among the options in
the list or enter a new one.
By moving the Driver's Speed Factor slider, you can modify the speed coefficient used for
calculating this Driver's driving time: to the left = slower, to the right = faster.
Skills
Special Skills: this optional field applies if Orders require (or ban) Skills that only subsets of
Drivers claim. You can leave the field blank, or add one or more skills separated by a comma.
Make sure you press “enter” after entering new Skills. For a better insight on the use of skills,
read how Orders are defined.
Costs
The field Fixed Cost allows you to define a cost incurred if this Driver/Vehicle is utilized,
regardless of the duration of service.
The field Hourly Cost defines costs incurred on a hourly basis when using this Driver/Vehicle.
The field Per Mile Cost is how much it costs to run this Driver/Vehicle per mile.
Copy Settings
By clicking on Copy Settings you can in fact speed up the process of creating/amending Drivers
and copy all settings FROM an existing profile or TO new ones.
Multiday
With the Aparan Route Planner it is possible to create plans with a 1-day planning horizon, or to
have your deliveries/work calls automatically distributed and scheduled over multiple days.
Please note that when planning over multiple days, for each Driver you can either use the same
settings for all days, or you can customize them for each single day. This may be useful in case
your Drivers leave from different addresses on different days, or if working hours vary during the
week.
IMPORT YOUR WORK ORDERS
How are Orders defined?
Orders are defined by a number of parameters and constraints.
Here below you find a description of all the fields that can be used for this definition.
Address and Time Window
Field Required Description
Customer Name Optional This field is provided solely to help you identify the Order. It does not
affect the optimization process.
Address Required This field defines the address of the Order. The route for the Driver will include
a stopover at this point.
Note for CSV/Excel imports: if addresses in your source data are split into subfields, you may
also replace this field with the following fields: Street, ZIP, City, State, Country
Service Time Required This numeric field indicates the time IN MINUTES that the Driver is
expected to spend at the Order's address to provide the service.
"0" value is accepted (it means that the Driver will drive by the address of that Order without
stopping).
Time Window Start Optional Earliest time allowed to begin service at this Order.
If the Driver arrives too early, he/she will be forced to wait (Idle Time).
Both the 12-hour (am/pm) and 24-hour (military) clock formats are supported. For values greater
than midnight, add a (+1) at the end.
Examples of valid time formats are: 12:23am, 00:23, 3:56pm, 15:56, 3:56pm (+1), 15:56 (+1).
Defaults to 00:00.
Time Window End Optional Latest time allowed to begin service at this Order.
Defaults to empty value (open time window).
Time Window 2 Start
Optional You can set a second Time Window for Orders which can be served, for example, in
the morning and in the afternoon but not during lunch break. Here you set the earliest possible
time allowed for service to begin during the second Time Window
Time Window 2 End Optional You define here the latest possible time allowed for service to
begin during the second Time Window
Days
When planning over multiple days, all days of the selected planning horizon are by default
eligible for service.
You can anyway specify if an Order can only be served on specific days by clicking on the tab
Days.
Click on This Order is eligible for service --> on selected days only and select/deselect days
(white = not eligible; light blue = eligible).
Requirements
Field Required Description
Required Driver Optional The Driver that this Order must be forcefully assigned to.
Setting this field forces this Order to be served by the Driver with the indicated ID.
Note: If set, this field overrides both Required Skills and Banned Skills.
Required Skills Optional This field contains a comma-separated list of mandatory Driver skills. If
set, only Drivers defining *all* the Skills in this list can serve the Order.
Banned Skills Optional This field contains a comma-separated list of banned Driver skills. If set,
Drivers defining one or more of the Skills listed here will *not* serve the Order. In case of
conflicts, Banned Skills take precedence over Required Skills.
Importance Optional Importance is only taken into account when resources/drivers are low and
some Orders cannot be served: under such circumstances Orders with higher importance are
preferred over lower-importance ones.
Accepted values are:
lowest
lower
normal
higher
highest
Any other value will be treated as "normal".
Load
Field Required Description
Order Type Optional You can define here if this Order is a Pick up or a Delivery
Default is Delivery.
Load Optional* This numeric field indicates the load requirements for the Order, i.e. how many
Load Units (Goods, Kgs, Pounds, Liters, Passengers, etc) should be delivered or picked up at
the address.
* It is mandatory if one or more of your Drivers define a Maximum Load Capacity that is less than
"unlimited".
Defaults to 0.
Load 2 Optional* You can set a second value if there are multiple Load constraints
* It is mandatory if one or more of your Drivers define a Maximum Load Capacity 2 that is less
than "unlimited".
Defaults to 0.
Load 3 Optional* You can set a third value if there are multiple Load constraints
* It is mandatory if one or more of your Drivers define a Maximum Load Capacity 3 that is less
than "unlimited".
Defaults to 0.
Notes
Field Required Description
Notes
Optional You can add notes to your Orders which will also show in your Drivers' manifest. Notes
do not affect the optimization process.
Custom
Field Required Description
Tab Custom
Optional You can add Custom Fields to your Orders, such as invoice numbers or job
specifications. Custom Fields do not affect the optimization process.

PLAN OPTIMAL ROUTES
Click one single button and get the most efficient Route Plan in seconds:
Full compliance with your Constraints
Maximum Efficiency
Optimal and Automatic Assignments
Accurate and Robust Schedules
Step Three: Plan Optimal Routes
After defining your Drivers (Step One), populating a new Route Plan with Drivers and Orders
(Step Two), it is time to go ahead and optimize your Routes by hitting the button Plan Optimal
Routes.
When you hit this button, our Routing Optimization Software starts considering several variables:
the driving distances and speeds all over the road graph (no distances as the crow flies!), the
Start and End Addresses of all Drivers, the distribution of the Orders, the logistics Constraints
and much more.
In a very short time, the Aparan Route Planner schedules the most efficient Routes and
assignments in accordance with the following optimization goals:
Comply with all your Constraints
Maximize the number of served Orders
Minimize the number of required Drivers
Minimize the Total Working Costs (fixed costs and time-based ones, linked to Working Time)
Balance the Workload among the required Drivers
You can read more about the Aparan Optimization Criteria at this link.
Happy with your Routes? Ready to go? Save and... export them!
At any time, you can tweak your constraints and click on Plan Optimal Routes again, or Drag and
Drop the suggested Stops from one Route to another, or from a position to another within the
same Driver’s sequence, so that you can tune everything to your specific needs.
Export and Share your Routes
After Defining your Drivers, selecting Drivers and Orders to serve and Optimizing your Routes,
you are ready for performance!
Right under Add Orders, three buttons give you different options for exporting and sharing your
optimized Routes.
Choose the option that better suits your needs:
Print Directions (All Routes -map or directions- or one Route at a time)
Export Routes (Excel/CSV, files for GPS devices, Route Links)
Send Routes via email (Route Links and files for GPS devices)
Print Directions
By clicking this button you can visualize and print Route Directions and a Map. You can decide to
print only a map by choosing "Map" (one Route at a time or all Routes at once), or the Directions
(one Route at a time or all Routes at once).
When printing Directions, by ticking/unticking the options at the top of the generated page, you
can incluse/exclude map/turn-by-turn directions/step details/custom fields.
Export Routes
By clicking the button Export Routes you can download Routes in several different formats:
An Excel or CSV file that lists all the Scheduled Orders, complete with information about the
Drivers who will serve them, Scheduled Times, Total Driving Times, etc.
The option Export as GPS files allows you to download files ready to be uploaded to GPS
devices. Please note that here you can choose directly the format you prefer (.itn, .gpx) ,
regardless of the file type you set for your Drivers (see How to set your Driver 's Details).
Export Route Links: download at once all the Route Links your Drivers will receive via email.
Send Routes via email
With the Aparan Route Planner you can send via email the optimized Routes to all Drivers with
one click.
They will receive a link with online Maps and turn-by-turn Driving Directions, along with every
other piece of information relevant to the Orders scheduled for each of them.
The Route description includes:
A Map with a Route overview (satellite, map, hybrid, terrain)
The ordered and scheduled sequence of Orders
All the Order fields you imported (like Addresses, Name, Time Windows, Load Requests...)
Any custom field (like Invoice Nr. or Order Nr.)
The Estimated Times of Arrival at each Order
The Time Drivers will Depart from Orders after service
The Starting Time and duration of a Driver's Lunch Break
The Turn-by-Turn Driving Directions
Send files for GPS devices
Regardless of what device your Drivers use (TomTom, Garmin, Navigon), along with the Route
Link you can send files which can be easily uploaded to their GPS device. Read here how to do
it.
Open a Route Link with a Smartphone
Today Internet is mobile and your Drivers can tap on their iPhone, Android, iPad or Blackberry
devices the Route Link they receive via email. The Aparan Routing Optimization software is
cloud based and allows you to open Route Plans directly on your Driver's smartphone.

Aparan Route Planner
Efficient Routes
single-vehicle route
Find the smartest Stop Sequence in seconds!
Let us suggest the optimal multi-stop route in order to save Time and Fuel. We use real Driving
Times and Miles – no as-the-crow-flies distances -, so we build accurate schedules and provide
real savings.
The smartest stop sequence minimizes the driving miles and time-based costs while meeting all
your Customer’s expectations and your logistic constraints.
Optimized Dispatching
optimized dispatching
Automate Efficiency for your entire Fleet.
We will suggest which Driver or Technician should serve which Orders: on the basis of the road
network and all constraints you set, we will always route the best vehicle to the right place, on
time.
You will increase the number of Deliveries or Service Calls and increase Profits: serve more
points with fewer resources and cut costs by minimizing fuel and time!
Smart Scheduling
Visualize the optimized schedules on a timeline
Make your Customers and Workforce happy.
Estimated Times of Arrival, Time Windows and Lunch Breaks are as important for your Drivers
as they are for your Clients: a robust Scheduling Process is key to achieving this satisfaction.
Visualize all your Driver’s Service Calls or Deliveries on a timeline and filter out any subsets for
easier analysis. Interact on the map to simulate new what-if scenarios.
Process Automation
Create your own Spreasheet Template to import a list of Orders
Reduce your daily efforts!
For the import of Orders, we support the most common spreadsheet formats like Excel and CSV:
addresses and all necessary parameters are imported at the same time. You can also create
your own template through our website.
For an even better automation experience, you can integrate our tool with your system via the
Aparan Route Planner API, thus making the import/export process completely seamless (IT skills
required)
Last-minute Work Orders
reschedule your routes in real time
Reschedule your Routes in real time
It is rather common to have Routes ready to be executed and to receive a last-minute Order: you
can have it served efficiently without revolutionizing your existing Routes.
Let the Aparan Route Planner decide for you: only residual resources will be utilized and the
Order will be added to the best eligible Driver.
Alternatively, you can always do the assignment manually.
Traffic Profiles
route planning traffic profiles
Define Traffic Profiles by Region and Time of the day
Improve the quality of your routing by feeding Aparan information based on your historical
knowledge of traffic patterns in your area.
Simply draw regions on the map and assign to each one a value that describes the impact that
traffic will have on your routes. Up to two time windows can be set up per region: this allows for
modeling the difference in traffic throughout the day, considering rush hours and other critical
moments.
The speed used for calculating Driving times is derated when Drivers travel through the most
congested regions and time frames, for more accurate times of arrival and daily route plans that
correspond to your real-world scenario.
Drag and Drop
drag and drop
Adapt Routes to your real-world scenario
You can make manual modifications to your Routes via drag & drop. Change the sequence of
the stops or move Work Orders from one Driver’s schedule to the other.
You can also swap entire Routes with a click and always verify the impact of your modifications
on the overall efficiency.
Driver Settings
driver settings
Diversify your Drivers
For each Driver you can set personalized settings, such as Start/End address, Working Hours,
Skills and even regions within which all Orders will be served by that Driver.
On the basis of these settings, all Orders will be assigned to the best eligible Drivers. If
necessary, complex vehicle characteristics, such as multiple values for Load Capacity, are also
considered.
Send Routes to Drivers
share the planned routes with your drivers
Share your Routes with Drivers
Once your Routes are ready for execution, your Mobile Workforce can access them in a number
of different ways.
Route Links sent via email can be opened directly with Smartphones, allowing immediate
navigation; Routes can be exported as Excel/CSV files or also as files ready to be uploaded to
their GPS devices. Prefer to print map and directions? You can do that, too!
Plan Reload/Offload Stops
single-vehicle route
Maximize Resource utilization by including reload/offload stops.
The Aparan Route Planner considers load capacities and suggests when to stop for
reload/offload before starting the next trip.
Up to three load capacity limits can be defined. The suggested routes never exceed any of the
set capacities, while maximizing load utilization during the working day. When vehicles are empty
after a round of deliveries or they need to drop off their load, they are automatically routed to a
reload/offload destination before hitting the road for a second (or third!) time.
Automatically-optimized reloading/offloading stops guarantee a better utilization of your
Resources’ time based on real load bottlenecks: just set your parameters and let Aparan do the
planning for you.

Service Dispatch Software
Step 1 Optimize Routes
Step 2 Get Your Drivers Moving
Whether you are planning a daily delivery cycle or planning for the month ahead, dispatching is
never an easy task. How do you get these directions to your drivers? Your warehouse? Your
boss?
dispatching-software
Print
So you’re a little bit old school and your drivers prefer to have the directions in their hands.
Aparan Route Planner allows you to print out maps, turn by turn directions and special notes.
Pass the paperwork around however you would normally distribute copies.
Email or Text
Each person receives their own route, and they can print it, or open it on whatever web
connected device they use for viewing email, including their smartphones.
GPS
If you’re already committed to a cellular connected GPS device system – Garmin, Tom Tom or
other – send it coordinates using the export button with our route planning and dispatching
software.
Get in touch with the team about deploy and track options for GPS Dispatching. We’ll help you
integrate our route planning tools into your existing dispatching framework and have you going to
0 to 60 in minutes.
Fleet Management Software
Where the Rubber Meets the Road
Aparan is always creating new and better ways to help you keep on top of what’s going on with
your fleet out in the field. Aparan Route Planner lets you compare what should be happening with
actual scheduled stops to make important conclusions.
fleet-management-software
With our fleet management software, you always know where your driver’s next stop is, what
cargo they are supposed to be carrying, and what is on their agenda. If events don’t fall into line,
you can investigate and solve critical issues.
Keep customers happy
For instance, when a client calls in worried about a late driver, it takes only a moment to size up
the situation and find answers.
Improve driver behavior
Is an employee leaving late, skipping breaks, spending too little time with customers? Their
check in times, actual truck mileage and accrued costs won’t tally with Aparan’s original route
plan calculations.
Avoid traffic jams
With our handy mobile phone tools, drivers can contact you with call in traffic roadblocks or on
the job delays. In just a few minutes you can reroute or reassign work, email out new
instructions, pronto.
Integrate Aparan with your GPS system
Do you already rely on an industry tracking system? Many companies integrate our powerful
cyber tools with their legacy tracking software to give them more.
Driver Control & Behavior Tools for Your Mobile Workforce
driver-behavior-control-tools
Hauling delicate china? Ripe fruit? Wedding cakes? Relax! We’ve got you covered. Aparan
Route Planner gives you so much driver control, it’s almost like you’re doing the rounds yourself!
Aparan gives drivers clear, simple directions for every minute and every stop to help keep them
safe, on time, and at the peak of service excellence.
With a few keystrokes you can whip up minute by minute instructions for each driver including
where to start and end each day, how many miles to drive and when to take breaks. Avoid
missed-meal penalties and accidents that happen when employees push themselves to put the
pedal to the metal when they should be resting. You can even plan for how long each driver
spends with a customer vs. on the road. Ensure customer satisifaction by giving your customers
the time and attention they richly deserve!
Aparan does the math for you
Aparan calculates which drivers would be the most cost effective to use for every stop: No
algebra needed! All you have to do is enter estimates for each vehicle – such as employee
hourly salary, vehicle fuel consumption, and mileage charges – and our software will
automatically route the least expensive drivers possible to complete your rounds.
Apply multiple constraints to Drivers and Vehicles
But what if a driver has a special skill that certain customers do need, regardless of cost? Give
that skill a name, and whenever our software “sees” an appointment that calls for it, Aparan will
send the most logical resource to complete the job. You can use “skills” to describe a vehicle
feature too, like “hoist” or “freezer compartment.”
You’ve probably learned by hard experience that over-eager employees sometimes try to
overload their trucks or make too many pickups. Now you can put the brakes on that kind of
behavior. Just assign a maximum weight in solids and/or liquids for each truck. Aparan will track
what every driver is carrying throughout the day. You get a “violations warning” if you go over
load limits when you’re making your plans.
Since you can’t get in the driver seat, start using Aparan Route Planner. It’s the next best thing!
Save Fuel with Aparan Route Planner
route-planning-software
Fuel Conservation is a heavy task. We’re here to take the load off your shoulders and make
route optimization simple.
Aparan Route Planner gets your trucks lighter, delivery times shorter, and saves your fleet fuel.
Your nightmare of slow and heavy vehicles, late deliveries, or idling can be avoided. The hassle
and guesswork of your job can now be simplified. Our route planning software enables you to
minimize windshield time, placing fuel conservation within your reach.
What else do you need? Within minutes our intuitive, web-based route planning software
automatically calculates the most efficient routes using the least number of vehicles possible,
unveils round trip shortcuts and even plots routes for the least costly drivers first and will leave
the expensive “gas hogs” as a last resort.
Take Aparan for a test drive and start:
Avoiding assignments during rush hour traffic
Optimizing vehicle’s load weight
Creating and comparing route plans side by side
Estimating long-term fuel consumption.
Reducing your overall operating expenses
Quit pouring money into your tank and start putting it back into your pocket.
Mobile Route Optimization Software
mobile route optimization software
Smartphones are a fleet manager’s best friend. Your drivers can call you on the road to warn you
about holdups, traffic snarls and delays. You can make adjustments and send revised schedules
right to their cellular device.
Our mobile route optimization software is an affordable solution for small fleets that can’t afford to
buy dashboard GPS units for every vehicle. It’s also capable of handling large, private fleets with
over 500 vehicles.
We’re all over mobile and we’re doing it right. Simply send email links of your route plans to your
drivers and turn-by-turn directions are instantly received on their phones.
Aparan Route Planner Works on iOS, Android, TomTom and More
Put Aparan to work on any of your major mobile platforms; iOS/Apple/iPhone, Android, TomTom,
and even Blackberry.
That’s the kind of fast communication that saves you time, money, and frustration.
Logistical Constraints & Endless Rules Made Easy
Aparan’s blazing fast calculations and helpful alerts make it the perfect tool for experimenting
with different employees, times and equipment so you can make accurate long-term projections
and business decisions.
Our flexible fill-in-the-blank solution alerts you to potential problems and will help you avoid legal
and safety issues like driver fatigue or dangerous vehicle conditions, so you can keep your team
and cargo safe. Where it’s to follow corporate policy, obey laws, avoid paying overtime or to run
super-efficiently, this feature really pays off.
Other auto-generated logistical constraints include:
Rest & lunch breaks
Layovers
Minimize drive time and mileage
Multiple load capacity limits (such as volume, weight, and value)
Driver’s skills and vehicle compatibility requirements
Time window commitments
Preferred driver
logistical-constraints
If you construct a route plan that breaks any of these rules, Aparan Route Planner will send a
violations alert and prompt you to reroute.
Changing a route plan is as fast and easy as dragging an appointment to a different driver’s
timeline, adding a vehicle or scheduling an appointment for a different day.
Plus, you never have to “do the math” to avoid running too heavy (dangerous) or too light
(wasteful). Once you’ve assigned the maximum solid or liquid weight each vehicle can carry in
one or multiple compartments (see load), Aparan will add up what your vehicle’s carrying at each
stop and indicate potential overloads with a violations alert. Do some rescheduling, optimize
routes again, and send your final route plans to warehouse workers so they can pack trucks with
maximum efficiency.
Maintain Order Commitments & Customer Satisfaction
route optimization order commitments
Keep your routes optimized, your drivers on time, and your customers happy. Impossible? Not
with Aparan Route Planner. We make it easier for your drivers to stick to time restraints and meet
delivery windows, which will put a smile on every customer’s face.
In a few minutes you can upload addresses and create efficient transportation routes. You think
your city has lots of traffic? Aparan knows. You think that 100 stops and 4 drivers is impossible?
Aparan can do it. There’s no constraint that we can’t handle.
Setting delivery days is a snap. But, do you really want to impress customers? Schedule a
narrower time window to accommodate your client’s business demands and rush hours. Or use
the window to eliminate a common pet peeve – waiting around all day for an appointment that
should take only a few minutes.
What if something special must happen at the appointment? (Like delivering a piano, taking a
blood pressure reading or receiving lobster on ice?) Go to the requirements bar and plug in the
skills needed for the job. Aparan finds a driver with those skills and sends him/her out to do the
job.
Once you’ve filled in these customer basics, you can start to get strategic. Would it save miles to
pick up something from one location on your way back from dropping off something at another?
Check the pickup option. Aparan will “remember” how much your vehicles are carrying at each
stop and send one that’s empty enough to handle the job without going over its load limit.
You’ve got to admit that’s cool.
Beware of dog? Narrow stairs? Cranky client? Type special, private instructions for drivers under
the notes area to give them a heads up.
After all, the more your drivers know, the better they can serve.

The initiative was born from the intuition of business partners invest mathematics and cloud
computing with the aim of supporting the development of the green economy for mobility; ie cut
costs to increase profits for our clients while reducing the social costs generated by their need to
transport goods and people.
The lever was the increasing spread of connectivity (on the move) and the new models of
distributed computing experiences and skills acquired in several years of activity in the
development of complex solutions for the telecommunications market and social networks in
mobility have provided the backround cultural and business to design and develop new models
of use of computing platforms through innovative web application
