Peter Thorp is an independent arbitrator and arbitration counsel based in Paris. He is a former partner of the law firm Allen & Overy LLP and was from 2005 to 2011 Managing Partner of Allen & Overy's Beijing and Shanghai offices before joining the firm’s Paris office. Peter has substantial experience in dispute resolution matters, and has acted for a wide range of corporates and financial institutions in arbitrations seated in Asia, the UK and continental Europe.
