Expert Facial Care
The Organic Solution – 45 minutes, £80
Suitable for all skin types, including even the most delicate, this luxurious treatment nourishes the
skin from within, whilst simultaneously providing essential protection from environmental damage.
Expect smooth, velvety-soft skin and a renewed glow. Perfect for those looking for a pre-event
pick-me-up.
Essential Facials – 60 minutes, £95
Rebalance
Perfect for those prone to redness, rosacea and fragile capillaries, this soothing treatment is
designed especially to protect delicate skin. Expect skin that will glisten with renewed vitality.
Purify
An intensive, yet sensitive treatment designed to cleanse congested or combination skin. This
treatment will regenerate and rebalance sebum and hydration levels, to create luminous, uniform
skin.
Hydrate/Nourish
Choose between a hydrating face, neck and décolletage treatment to replenish the skin's moisture
levels, or a powerful antioxidant and vitamin-enriched treatment, featuring super-food ingredients,
including goji berry. Both will soothe and nourish the skin, offering essential seasonal repair.
Anti-ageing Solutions- 60 minutes, £150
Illuminate
Utilising anti-ageing technology, this treatment will brighten the skin, creating a luminous, even
glow. Ideal for those with hyperpigmentation or sun-damaged skin.
Lifting
This highly effective treatment offers an immediate lifting and plumping effect, providing renewed
elasticity; the perfect way to prepare for that special event.
Renew
The Collagen and Alpha Hydroxy Acids utilised in this treatment renew, revitalise and deeply
hydrate at a cellular level. A replenishing, plumping treatment that enhances overall collagen

Eye Zone Refresh – 30 minutes/15 minutes, £50/£25
This triple-action treatment for the delicate areas around the eyes will reduce signs of fatigue,
puffiness and dark circles. Perfect as a stand-alone treatment, or as an addition to any Comfort Zone
facial.
Collagen Enhancement – 15 minutes £25
An immediate plumping treatment for dehydrated skin; this moisture surge softens fine lines and
wrinkles, whilst creating a refreshed appearance.

Face and body treatments for the urban male
Hydrate – 60 minutes, £95
This is the perfect active treatment for dry and dehydrated skin, which has been compromised by
biological factors such as environmental stress, frequent flying and exposure to harsh weather
conditions.
Purify – 60 minutes, £110
A cleansing facial designed for oily skin types, this treatment will deliver instant results, whilst
removing impurities and rebalancing excessive oils.
Body Treatments
Firm Friends – 60 minutes, £90
This cocoon-like, firming body treatment is designed to improve tone and elasticity and to restore
moisture balance to the skin, leaving it soft and smooth. This treatment is suitable for all skin types,
particularly dehydrated skin.
The Purifier – 60 minutes, £90
This muscle-warming and purifying body wrap uses a deep-cleansing mud mask, as well as healing
waters from the Tuscan thermals to revitalise, cleanse and heal. This treatment stimulates energy
flow and creates a deep sense of relaxation.
Mummy-to-Be Maternity Massage – 60 minutes, £95
This luxurious massage for mothers-to-be will nourish the skin, aiding the prevention of fluid
retention and stretch marks. Specialised techniques are employed to reduce swelling and
discomfort, improving circulation and the overall sense of wellbeing. This treatment is not suitable
for those in their first trimester of pregnancy.

Traditional Swedish- 60 mins: £95, 90 mins: £120
Swedish massage is perfect for those wishing to relax and de-­‐stress. This form of massage is exceptionally beneficial for increasing the level of oxygen in the blood, decreasing muscle toxins, improving circulation and flexibility, while easing tension.
Deep Tissue Massage- 60 mins: £95, 90 mins: £120
The more intense pressure typically used in deep tissue massage is beneficial for releasing painful muscle tension. The focus during this massage is on the deeper layers of muscle tissue, to remove knots and strain.
Sports Remedial- 60 mins £110, 90 minutes £130
Sports Remedial massage treatments are perfect for athletes of every kind. This massage focuses on
areas of the body that are overused and stressed. Sports massage also helps to decrease recovery
time and promotes flexibility, reduces fatigue, improves endurance and helps to prepare the body
for working out, as a way to prevent injuries.
Tui Na- 60 mins £110, 90 minutes £130
A form of Chinese manipulative therapy, this is a hands on body treatment that brings the eight
principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine into balance, attempting to open the body’s defensive
chi and increase the flow of energy in the meridians and muscles. In modern Chinese Medicine,
many hospitals use Tui na as a standard aspect of treatment.
Aromatherapy Massage - 60 mins £110, 90 minutes £130
Aromatherapy uses pure fragrant oils and herbs, to naturally enhance mood as well as the benefits
of massage. At the start of your session a bespoke mix of oils will be made that are unique to your
particular requirements.
Reflexology- 60 mins £110
Reflexology is an ancient healing tradition used by many cultures. It applies pressure to the feet and
legs in order to unblock energy and improve health holistically. It does this by re-balancing the
body, by improving blood circulation and reducing and eliminating toxins via the lymphatic system.
Legs will feel lighter and the body will have a renewed vitality.
Osteopathy- 60 minutes £120, 45 minutes £100
Using a broad range of techniques Osteopaths treat the whole person, not simply the specific
symptoms of pain and discomfort. By strengthening the musculoskeletal system, patients find relief
from ongoing conditions and can prevent further problems. Complaints commonly treated are acute
or chronic back and neck pain, sporting injuries and the aches and pains associated with the
pressures of daily life.
Blow-Dry Bar
The SKC Blow-Dry Bar, in collaboration with Clo & Flo, is open between 7 and 10am every
weekday morning and provides ‘Express Blow-Dries’ to those rushing straight from the Gym to
work; please note that hair must be pre-washed. Appointments can also be booked upon request
throughout the day.

preparation. Our Fit Programmes are designed by experts to see you arrive at your adventure the
strongest you can be, ensuring that you enjoy every moment to the fullest. All programmes will
build your fitness from a strong core and integrate the latest techniques. An initial physiological
assessment will become your personal benchmark for you to always gauge your improvement. Be

Hiking Fit
No mountain high enough! Find out just how far you can go by putting one foot in front of the
other. This programme will enhance endurance.
