Registration and Poster Session begin promptly at 8:00 a.m. in the Krutch Theatre Lobby. Nametags:
Bring your own recycled nametag if possible. Identification:
Wine will be served at the reception, so please bring a valid passport or driver’s license to get a wristband. We will be check these at registration. Food & Beverage:

We are aware that many of our guests have food restrictions and allergies, etc. We have shared our menu on our website at:

and in the Guidebook app so that you can plan and supplement your meals as needed. All of the food will be carefully labeled at the conference. Parking is limited at the Clark Kerr Campus. Please consider carpooling. Clark Kerr Southwest Lot
(entrance: Warring St) is the closest available parking for our event. However, parking in this lot is very limited, so if you plan on driving please consider carpooling or taking alternative transportation. Lastly, the Underhill Parking lot is an alternative lot that is located between Channing Way and Haste Street. ● Parking Permits: C, F, M, RH ● Permit Parking: MF 7:00 a.m. 5:30 p.m. Street parking
is limited and vehicles without permits are subject to twohour parking restrictions between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Alternative options include using public transportation or parking at public lots. Bus Lines: 49
