The AGC of Texas 2015 Administrative Conference has been scheduled for July 23-26 at the
Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa in San Antonio, Texas. The Hyatt is located at 9800
Hyatt Resort Drive in San Antonio. Visit their website at www.hillcountry.hyatt.com. This
beautiful resort combined with timely and informative topics that will be discussed, will prove to
be an excellent opportunity for you and your staff to obtain the information needed to stay
competitive and up-to-date in our industry, and also have a great time. The Administrative
Conference program is packed with information on the many regulations and changes that you and
your staff face in the day-to-day operations of your company. Some of this year’s many topics: a
recap of the 2015 Texas Legislative Session; an update on the Texas Water Development Board
activities; information from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality; the Texas
Department of Transportation; and a report on federal legislation and regulations that affect our
industry.
The sleeping room rates for the conference are $270 per night, single or double occupancy, $295 for triple
occupancy, and $320 for quadruple occupancy. There are a limited number of suites available. We urge
you to make your reservations immediately to ensure that all of your needs are met. Reservations

date for making room reservations is July 7, 2015. After that date, reservations will be made on a first
come basis.
The resort fee has been reduced to $10 per room per day. Recommended porterage is $10 per person
round trip and is at the guest’s discretion. Housekeeping gratuities are suggested at $2 per room, per day,
and is at the guest’s discretion. Check in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is prior to 11 a.m.

The registration fee for this year's conference is $300 per person for conference participants and
$200 for a spouse/guest attending the social functions. There is no charge for children under age
12. The registration fee includes: Thursday night Welcome Night Reception, continental breakfast
Friday and Saturday, lunch on Friday, and a reception, and dinner on Saturday night, and all
breaks and conference materials.

The Welcome Night Reception will be held outdoors on the Courtyard Deck. The breakfast on Friday and
Saturday will be held in Charlie’s Long Bar located on the lobby level of the hotel, and the business
meetings will be held in the Fredericksburg A-D Rooms.
The business meeting content will be timely and beneficial to the attendees. Plenty of free time has
been allotted for you to enjoy the resort and the San Antonio area. Fiesta Texas and Sea World are
located just minutes from the resort.
