Thank You
In my 5 years here at St. Ann’s, I have ministered with
Kim and Jamie Perrotti as they have shepherded our High
School Youth Group. I have witnessed their dedication in
creating an environment for those in the High School Youth
Group that provides nurturing and knowledge. They and their
team have done a great job. Recently, I met with Kim and
Jamie and they shared that after much prayer and
conversation, this would be their last year in this ministry,
ending with our mission trips in July. After 8 years, they said,
it seems the appropriate time for them to transition allowing
for more time with their family, and encouraging new
leadership to build upon their success. The next few months
will be bittersweet, but, I trust you share my gratitude for
all they have done. While there will be time for conversations
about continuity in leadership, let’s simply offer our
appreciation for the ministry Kim and Jamie have celebrated
and shared with all of us. We are brainstorming ideas to
express our thanks and congratulate them formally sometime
before the mission trip, so if you have any ideas please let
Kathy Schlote or myself know as soon as possible.

A Family Perspective
From the Family Life Education Office
(A HOPE Appeal Agency)
The Passion of Jesus makes it clear, no one escapes
suffering. Suffering is inevitable, but no one should
suffer alone. That is one of the primary roles of families,
to stand with and support each other in suffering.

This Lent…..Grow in knowledge of the Catholic
faith and in relationship with our Lord.

or customs as lives are transformed by God’s truth and grace.
