Elementary Summer Camp Packet - Saint James` Episcopal School

2015 SJES Elementary Summer Camp Overview
The mission of Saint James’ Episcopal School Summer Camp is to create fun, exciting and adventurous experiences in
which children can discover and learn. Our elementary summer program provides camp opportunities for children ages
6-11. This will include all rising first through sixth grade students. Please see information on schedule and note there
are age-specific camps.
Registration Procedures and Requirements
Complete the accompanied enrollment form with your camp choices and return it to the School with your payment.
Make checks payable to SJES and drop off or mail to Saint James’ Episcopal School, Attention: Summer Camps, 73
Culpeper Street, Warrenton, VA 20186.
All registrations need to be completed within 7 days prior to camp start dates. If you are registering with less than this
requirement, please call the School Office at 540-347-3855 or email Karen Anderson, the Camp Coordinator

As registrations are received, space confirmation will be sent to parents via email. Registrations are received on a first

Camp Details

hydrated during the camp day.
SJES campus is peanut and tree-nut sensitive and we ask all campers to refrain from bringing in food that contain nuts or
is processed in facilities that may contain or exposed to nuts.
All allergy and food restrictions must be noted in the space provided on the registration form and will be addressed in
detail after the registration process is complete.
SJES Camps are taught by loving SJES staff members as well as staff from partnering companies. This summer we are
pleased to offer camps that are hosted by our longtime friends at Sports Academy of Manassas and Little Scholars.
Camps hosted by these companies are clearly marked on the registration form. SJES staff will be present and of
assistance to these companies and their certified staff members while hosting camps at our facility.
