► *Memorial Day, July 4th, & Labor Day Holidays require a 3 night minimum. Minimum is paid in full at the time the reservation is made. If reservation is
cancelled, 3 night minimum payment is forfeited.
► Cancellation Policy: Deposits are forfeited. Deposits can be applied to other dates in same season; however, there is a $25 Change Fee for reservation change.
► Tents are not permitted on RV campsites. If available, tenters may camp in the designated Tenting Area.
► Daily, Weekly, and Monthly rates include electric.
► Late Check-Out for campsites is available until 4:00 PM if site is not in use; a $20 fee will be charged. Any late check-out not preregistered at the office will be
assessed the late check-out fee. No late check-out for cabins and cottages.
► At Check-In, we accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, & Cash. Valid Photo ID required. Personal checks are only accepted for advanced deposits if received at least
14 days prior to the date of arrival.
► A $25 Change Handling Fee will be charged for changes in dates of stay, except extensions, etc., to confirmed reservations.
► If Cabin or Cottage key is not returned, a $25 Replacement Fee will be charged.
► Group Discount offered with a 6 or more rig reservation, upon request. Not valid on holidays.
► Day Visitors must register at the Resort Office. Visiting hours are 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Visitors may not bring pets with them.
► Seasonal Campsite Leases: Rate for 6 person maximum. Seasonal campers pay metered electric. No charge for visitors; visitors must obtain a Visitor’s Pass from
the Resort Office before they enter the resort.
