IV Bag Scanning Tips

Lay the IV bag down on the WOW work surface or on another flat surface.

Try to avoid bubbles in the fluid directly under the bar code.

Try placing a sheet of plain white paper under the bag.

If the surface of the bag is wrinkled where the bar code is printed, try to smooth
it out with your fingers when scanning.

With smaller bags (25 ml, 50 ml, 100 ml) try using your fingers to flatten the area
with the bar code.

Try holding the scanner at different angles and distances from the bag.
