Listed below are a number of items that you will see implemented over the next couple of months: Members charging to their house account at the bar or café will be asked to sign their receipt. Members failing to sign off their tab prior to leaving the Club for the day, waive their right to dispute the charges at a later date. House account charges will be posted to the account on a daily basis versus in the past when only a monthly total appeared. Detailed invoices will be sent to members for membership renewals, day camp fees and lessons and will contain sufficient information such that the invoice can be used for income tax purposes. The total amount of each invoice will also appear on the monthly member statement. All invoices and statements will be sent electronically to all members that have provided the Club with an email address and Members will continue to be expected to pay their account in full within 30 days of receiving the monthly statement. Starting with the 2015/16 season, the Club will no longer issue annual receipts for personal income tax purposes as the invoices will contain sufficient information Working with our existing billing system, these are some of the steps we have taken to improve the information that we share with you.
