The West Lawn is a lovely outdoor ceremony option also included with the rental of Fox and Antioch Courts. The BMA Wurtzburger and Levy Sculpture Gardens are also available to rent (for additional fee) for wedding ceremonies and cocktail receptions. Museum Galleries Access to Museum galleries is optional and available for an additional fee. Access to the American Wing and Jacobs galleries are included when renting Fox and/or Antioch courts (security additional). Access to the Cone Collection, Contemporary Wing or any special ticketed exhibitions in other galleries are subject to additional fee plus security. Required Staff The BMA provides an Event Manager, trained Security Guards and Facilities staff to work each event. The number of staff required for an event is determined by the spaces rented and the number of guests estimated to attend. Staff is scheduled for duration of event plus set-up and breakdown time.
