SAC PREFACE
SAC is a general construction company
established in 2007 in the Kingdom of Saudi
Arabia. SAC has completed successfully
various projects in both the public and private sectors
throughout the Kingdom. Our goal is to grow and
expand our business throughout the Kingdom by
providing the best of the services desired by our clients
and being your first choice in the areas of construction
for roads, pipelines, commercial and residential
buildings, infrastructure development including
electrical, telecom, water and sewage.

BUILDING CONSTRUCTION
As general contractors, SAC has build both commercial and residential buildings.
SAC has a large team of experienced project managers, commercial tradesmen,
support staff and management, ensuring that projects are able to be delivered to
the highest standard, in a timely and cost effective manner. We understand the
personal connection that a client feels towards building their own home and how
a business carefully decides on their commercial investments. SAC always takes
time to comprehend our client’s vision.

PIPELINE CONSTUCTION
A pipeline construction project looks much like a moving assembly line. A large
project typically is broken into manageable lengths called “spreads,” and utilizes
highly specialized and qualified workgroups. SAC provides a complete range of
pipeline construction services include new construction, maintenance, repair,
retirement, hydrostatic testing and removal services, which enables SAC with
the capacity to offer our customers complete end-to-end solutions. SAC uses
specialised materials and equipment manufactured in Europe. SAC staff receives
regular training from their European partners in order to maintain high standards

DEWATERING
The engineers and field-personnel at SAC have accumulated a vast amount of
experience at the numerous groundwater sites that they have worked at all throughout
the KSA. All of the equipment owned and used by SAC is used and tested every day
in demanding applications. This ensures that SAC can offer only the best and most
.suitable equipment to its clients

IRRIGATION AND POTABLE WATER
Our Polyethylene (HDPE) pipes and fittings are made of the strongest and most sturdy
materials by our Italian partners. By using the latest technology for pot welding and
electrical fusion machines we are able to connect the pipes and make all the joints and
fittings required for your pipeline jobs. We have a wide range of experience working
on pipes ranging from 125mm to 1,200mm.

STORM WATER
For carrying storm water away we use GRP fiberglass that connects to manholes
that we build or that have already be constructed. Our workers are skilled at joining
the pipes ranging from 400mm to 1,600 mm pipelines. We use the latest excavation
equipment and always have safety as a priority especially when making sure the road
is accessible while we are working.
