1. Gym opens at 8:00 am. 2. Brief coaches meeting will take place at 8:45am to go over everything and answer questions (in cafeteria area/right outside of gym). o Any changes in format will be handed out at this meeting/talked about. o Play-­‐off brackets will be handed out at this meeting. 3. USVBA rules will be applied. 4. Warm-­‐up o 10 minute warm-­‐ups: 2-­‐4-­‐4 (ball handling, 4 minutes of court for each team). o 5 minute warm-­‐ups: 1-­‐2-­‐2 (ball handling, 2 minutes of court for each team). 5. Format o 3 (3 team) pools. o 2 of 3 games, rally scoring to 25 points with a 27 point cap. 3rd game played if needed up to 15 points-­‐ no cap (do not switch sides during pool play). 6. Officiating o All teams will be responsible for officiating at their scheduled time. o Please DO NOT be late to your court. o Coach must ref either up or down. 7. All teams will advance to either a gold or silver division for tournament play. Medals awarded to 1st and 2nd place in gold division and 1st place in silver division. 8. You WILL NEED to provide your own balls. 9. Playoffs will follow immediately after pool play. 10. Division/Seed breakdown and placement in playoffs will be decided by: 1.

There will be no playing with balls (dribbling, passing, throwing, etc.) in the hallways. Ice will be available to use for any injuries. CONCESSIONS will be available. TEAM PHOTOS will be taken with the option to purchase. Tournament SHIRTS will also be available for sale. Please: No coolers or crock-­‐pots. Thank you so much for joining us this year!
