WELCOME TO OUR NEW FRANCE SALES MANAGER
We are pleased to announce that Mr. Xavier Billotte ([email protected]) joined Ercolina team as the new France sales
manager. He has a 30 years experience in the bending machinery and we are glad to welcome and wish him a good job in
our team.
ERCOLINA WILL BE AT EMO 2015
With a great enthusiasm, we can say we will be at EMO2015,
the worldwide tooling machinery tradeshow that will be held
in Milan from 5th to 10th of October.

IN THE DEPARTURE THE GB200CNC, STATE OF THE ART OF THE
GIGABENDER LINE:
Soon the renewed GB200 is leaving our production plant, CNC
machine, state of the art for the ERCOLINA GIGABENDER line
with a capacity of 6ʺG Schedule40 (Ø168,27×7,11mm) and
produced with 100% European materials.
Its reliability and robust. The tunnel design guarantee the
absence of flexion and there is no necessity to use special
anchors. It is the ideal machine for the production in the
shipbuilding, oil, gas and nuclear sectors.
The continuous research for solutions, the constant innovation and continuous investments make our company a
leader in this field, confirming and ensuring also for this
project years of trouble free production, as for all ERCOLINA products.

2015 YEAR OF THE NEW ERCOLINA EDT-PLUS LINE
Also this year our line is enriched with a new range of
machines available in the catalog. In 2015 a new no mandrel line with a new control has been created: the EDT
PLUS; significant time saving on the production cycle with
an intuitive and a color interface system that provides
quick access to the programming operations and to the
diagnostic system are the strengths of the new
“EDT-PLUS”. With a multilingual menu it can be mounted
on the MEDIBENDER MB42, SUPERBENDER SB48 and TOPBENDER TB050 ,TB060 and MEGABENDER MG030EDTP-M

DUAL-OPTION FOR THE MANDREL EXTRACTION FOR THE
ACCESSORY A30M – A30P
The constant collaboration with our customers and attention to their needs permit us to develop accessories such
as the mandrel device that can be used with the no mandrel machines from the small MINIBENDER (Art. MN092)
to the MEGABENDER (Art .MG030).
Thanks to small size and the versatility, it is the ideal solution for bending tubes of small diameters and of each type
of material with tight radii, in small production lots or for
the prototyping.
The models available today are two: one with pneumatic
extraction of the mandrel (ART. A30P) and the other one
with manual extraction of the mandrel (ART. A30M). Both
models are three-dimensional three axis with programmable electromechanical bend axis (C), which can be different in order to which machine the accessory is mounted
on and manual Y and B axis (advancement and rotation).
The accessory is available in 1,5m and 3m lengths.
Available for MN092, SB48, MD070, MD083, MB42
