week for one year to retired University of Kansas faculty and other retirees in Lawrence,

Minneapolis artists and small gallery owners from 1993 through 1994.
Upward Bound – Served as a Volunteer Instructor from 1990 to 1992 for this art appreciation

Program Management Professional Development
University of Minnesota‟s Staff Development Program – This program for new, select,
university management staff consisted of multiple two-day off site training events throughout
the first 18 months of employment. The program consisted of workshops on leadership,
program planning and management, communication, self-assessment, conflict resolution,
stakeholder analysis, and other similar topics. The workshops were led by professors from the
Management, Education, and Human Development schools as well as by senior university
leadership and outside experts.
Strategic Managerial Communications Course – This course was part of the Carlson School of
Management‟s full-time MBA Program, University of Minnesota.
Media and Technology Classroom Experience
Image Librarian and Media Classroom Instructor
 Created Departmental Digital Image Library of over 10,000 images.
 Taught Art History and Classics professors how to incorporate digital images and
presentation software in their classrooms.
