Is there anything else we need to know before or in order to create your video trailer? Are
there any specific images you want us to try and use? (Please understand we will do so
to the best of our ability to find or create.) If so please elaborate.
Script Information
Please review the script below and make any corrections or revisions if needed in red
font. Be sure to give us a phonetic pronunciation for any words/names – foreign
or otherwise – if not commonly known/used. Remember that you may know how
to pronounce your name or a character name, but if you don’t specify, we are not
responsible. Any mispronunciations due to this not being provided will only be
corrected at a fee.
You can also provide some dialogue. But please remember that the final length of the
script should not take more than about 2 minutes to read – or 250 words maximum.
(If you’re just doing a script – not embedded in a press release – length is not so
important.)
Sherrill S. Cannon, Mice & Spiders & Webs…Oh My!
NARRATOR:
What? Did little Rosemary hear right?
Her teacher just said her classroom will soon be filled with mice and spiders and webs. Ick!
In former teacher Sherrill S. Cannon’s latest book, the award-winning children’s author takes on
the topic of … computers.
Those Mice & Spiders & Webs…Oh My! are all computer terms that are explained in simple
language for young readers in this fun book.
Rosemary is worried about returning to school after her teacher tells the class they will soon have
mice, spiders, and webs in the classroom. Could Rosemary have misunderstood? How can these
scary things belong at school?
Full of “Computer Speak,” this rhyming story introduces children to basic computer terms in a
most delightful way. Kids will learn computer language and how fun the Internet can be.
This is the seventh rhyming children’s book by the author, whose other books include My
Fingerpaint Masterpiece, Manner-Man, Gimme-Jimmy, The Magic Word, Peter and the
Whimper-Whineys, and Santa’s Birthday Gift.
Who’s afraid of Mice & Spiders & Webs? Not your kids after reading this book!
Available at Amazon.com and other online retailers, as well as directly from the
publisher.
