Hello! This is Cynthia and Thaidan Pham and we are excited to have you at our upcoming College Day 2015 on Saturday, May 16th, 2015! Below you will be able to find all instructions and information that you will need for the day. IMPORTANT: Please read carefully! Check­In​
: Check­in will begin at 9 AM in front of Royce Hall. The event will promptly begin at 9:30 AM. Lunch is at 11:45 AM ­ 12:30 PM, and the event will end around 3PM Safety: All Scouts need to wear closed toe shoes. The scouts will not be able to participate without these waivers. Parking: All day parking will cost $12 1 hour parking will cost $3 We were unable to secure parking due to conflicts with UCLA Events office. We suggest carpooling and arriving early because there will be many other events going on the same day. Address: Parking Structure 4 May show up as John R. Lunch will be provided for scouts only. ➢
Parents are welcome to come and go as they please. We have on­campus dining options as well. ➢
We are serving Subway Sandwiches and there will be plastic water bottles provided; however we highly encourage bringing your own refillable water bottles! ➢
There will be a vegetarian option. ➢
Those with allergies to anything that can be found in a Subway Sandwich should bring their own lunches. We will not be able to let Scouts go buy their own food at our campus stores. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us at [email protected]​
