2015 Saskatchewan Provincial Cheerleading Championship Registration Form The 9th Annual Saskatchewan Cheerleading Association Provincial Cheerleading Championship is in full swing! This year the event will take place all in one weekend, on Saturday March 21st, 2015! The SCA is consolidating back to a one weekend event for both scholastic and all-star teams. This year the event is being held in the community of Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan at the city’s Yara Center activity complex. The Saskatchewan Provincial Cheerleading Championship will wrap up the Saskatchewan Cheerleading season by showcasing teams’ hard work throughout the season. Competition Information Where: Moose Jaw Yara Center, Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan When: Saturday, March 21st, 2015 with both an AM and PM session, start times TBA Fees & Registration Deadlines 1. 2. Registration & payment received on or prior to March 7th, 2015: $20 per athlete per division. Group stunt division: $40 per entry. Partner stunt division: $40 per entry. No registrations accepted after March 7th, 2015. Music All teams must provide their own music either on MP3 or CD. CDs must be labelled with the school/team name and category/division. A sound system will be provided. A back-up CD will be available and present at the time of performance. Speed control is not available. Music checks on the main sound system are not permitted. A representative must be present at the sound system at the time of performance. Advisors/coaches are asked to hold onto their own music until the time of performance and to take music back following the performance. Registration Instructions 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. Fill out 1 registration form per team (if your teams is competing in the group and partner divisions, you can do this on the same registration form. Identify any crossover athletes by name and the other team and division they will be competing in. Determine the total cost (include any applicable late fees). Determine your payment method. Send this entire registration form & payment to the SCA via mail or fax. If you are from a school team and the school board will be sending the cheque in the mail separately, please inform us of this at the time you submit this registration.
