SELF FACILITATED GROUPS Prostate Group A group for people with prostate cancer, held monthly on the 1st Tuesday of the month at MacDonald’s Merivale 10.30am, and the 3rd Wednesday of the month at the Cancer Society Centre 7.30-9.30pm. All welcome. Tuesday Morning Walking Group A group for people, family, whanau and friends, held weekly on Tuesdays: summer 10.00am, winter 11.00am, leaving from the Botanic Gardens (on the bridge by the tea rooms). All welcome. FACILITATED GROUPS Advanced Cancer Group A group for people with advanced cancer, held monthly on Fridays 12 – 2pm for lunch, at the Cancer Society Centre. Carers Support Group A group for partners, family, whanau and friends, held monthly on Mondays 5.30 - 7.30pm, at the Cancer Society Centre. Gynaecological Group A group for women with gynaecological cancers, held 6 weekly Thursday evenings 5.30-7.30pm, at the Cancer Society Centre. Head And Neck Living Well Group A group for people with head and neck cancers, held 6 weekly on Thursday evenings 5.30 - 7pm, at the Cancer Society Centre.
