About Geoff
About Sue
My name is Geoffrey Lynch your current District Councillor. I Live in
Kesgrave with my wife and two children who go to Kesgrave High
School. I work as an Area Manager for a company who manufactures
equipment for the elderly and disabled.
Sue was born and raised in Suffolk, with childhood in Ipswich, before
moving to Grange Farm 15 years ago. Married to Peter, with two adult
children and one grandchild, Sue has recently reduced working hours
in order to devote more time to family and to help in the local
community. Having followed a successful career in finance, Sue has
worked within building societies, local solicitor’s offices and lately a
wealth management company.
I spend my work time evaluating the correct equipment for those with
disabilities or help needs, this can range from slings and hoist, to
shower chairs and stair lifts.
As a Care specialist I can train occupational therapists and carers
alike, the aim to deliver a better quality of life to the elderly and
disabled, help them remaining in their home whenever possible.
Also I am a town councillor and on the board of trustees at the
Kesgrave Community Centre. My aim is to ensure Kesgrave remains
the place we all love, and continue to help the residents of Kesgrave
as I have already done. I hope I can represent you again.
Sue enjoys meeting people and finds it most rewarding in getting
results by listening, putting plans in place to resolve issues and
generally ‘getting things done’.
With her daughter’s family also living on Grange Farm, Sue wishes to
ensure that Kesgrave is maintained and improved for the benefit of
residents of all ages and abilities. With putting in time and effort, she
would hope to serve the community for the better.
