TENNIS COURTS ONLINE BOOKING RULES
AT SAVITAR TENNIS CENTER @SINGAPORE FAIRMONT HOTEL
The Centre boasts six tennis courts. The four newly installed Classic Clay courts. Two
refurbished artificial grass courts provide an excellent playing alternative.
1. Only SCC Tennis Section members (“Section Members”) may book the Savitar Tennis Centre tennis
courts and get reimbursement from SCC. Refer to No. 4 for “Reimbursement to Tennis Section
Members” information. This is special tennis court booking arrangement extended to all the Tennis
Section Members.
2. The rates to book a tennis court for a period of 1 hour are as below:Bookings can be made 7 days in advance. Each Tennis Section Member may book 1 hour per court
per week.

3. How to book the courts online:
i.
Go to www.savitarbookings.com .
ii.
Create an account with the Tennis Court Booking System.
iii.
Select the 1 hour slot to book and proceed to payment.
Note: SCC Tennis Court Booking Rules –
No Tennis Section Member may have more than 1 court booking at any one time. A court
booking shall be the rental of 1 court for a period of 1 hour. A group of 2 or more Section
Members playing on the same court may book such court for no more than 2 consecutive
hours.
iv.
Each Tennis Section Member may book 1 hour per court per week.
4. Reimbursement to Tennis Section Members:
i.
Member will be charged $6.42 (including 7% GST) per hour for court usage. And the balance
amount will be reimbursed to the member’s Club account. Example – Member A paid $25 per
hour per court and he will be reimbursed $18.58 ($25 - $6.42).
ii.
Member will need to produce the official receipt of booked court with their name printed as
proof for reimbursement:
 either by submitting the e-receipt via email to [email protected] with
their membership number
 or by submitting a copy of the receipt to the SCC Membership Service Desk and
indicate your membership number on the receipt.

All receipts must be submitted within two weeks after the booked date.
Non-section member’s receipt will not be reimbursed.
Member who booked more than 1 hour per court per week will not be reimbursed. Unless under
the condition of SCC Tennis Court booking Rules stated in 3) iii. The second Tennis Section
Member name and Club number is to be stated on the receipt to get reimbursement.
5. Cancellation Policy (with reference with Savitar Booking link) :
For cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of booking time, your account will be credited
with a full refund for the booking. For cancellations made within 24 hours of booking time, no refund will
be provided. In the event of inclement weather at the time of your booking you may be offered a full or
partial account credit depending on the timing of the inclement weather. The decision on weather
related cancellations will be at the sole discretion of Savitar Tennis Centre staff.
To make a claim for a rained out session please email [email protected] and include:
Account username, Date and Time of booking, and amount of session completed.
6. How to get to the tennis courts:
Once you arrive in Raffles City (above City Hall MRT) use the Fairmont Hotel entrance and take the
elevator to the 8th floor. Walk past the swimming pool area, then follow signage down the corridor to
the Tennis Courts. Parking is available at Raffles City Shopping Centre.
