If you’re heading out into the city fringes, the DART train system is reliable, inexpensive, and you might even catch some beautiful sea views en route to your destination. If you’re in a rush, or on a late-night trip, hail a taxi and you’ll discover that Dublin taxi drivers are probably the friendliest and most gregarious in the world.
