ELIGIBILITY:
- The 2015 NPC SCHAKPRODUCTIONS BLUE RIDGE CLASSIC is open to all NPC athletes. All competitors must have a current NPC card,
proof of age (copy of birth certificate or Driver’s License) evidencing that they will be of eligible age on the day of the event. NPC cards will be
available at check-in for $120. Please bring a $120 check/ money order made payable to “NPC of the USA”. Cash will also be accepted at
check-in. Cards can also be purchased in advance at: www.NationalphysiqueCommittee.com
NATIONAL QUALIFIER : This contest is an NPC National Qualifier. The following placing’s become Nationally Qualified through all of 2015 & 2016:

Bodybuilding: Open Men – Top 2 in each class
Women BB – ALL places qualify for ANY national level event.
Open Figure and Bikini – Top 3 in each class qualify for any national event.
Open Figure and Bikini - Top 5 in each class qualify for Jr USA, Jr Nationals and North America.
Open Men Physique and Open Women Physique - Top 5 in each class qualify for all national level events.
MUSIC & ROUTINES

PREJUDGING – There will be no Posing Routines at the Prejudging.
FINALS – ALL Bodybuilders and Women’s Physique competitors will perform their Routines at the Finals.
Routines will be a maximum of 70 seconds.
Music will be collected at the Saturday morning meeting- make sure to mark your name on the CD
Single track CD preferred. It is advisable to bring two copies of your music in the event of loss or damage (NO PROFANITY!).

ALL Bodybuilding divisions and Women’s Physique divisions will have their music begin when the competitor name is announced!
ENTRY FEES & CROSSOVERS:

$80 ENTRY FEE- to enter competition
o This will grant permission to compete within one class in one division only
o Example: sending in only $80 and selecting “Novice Men” will only permit you to compete within “Novice Men”

$70 CROSSOVER CHARGE- for each additional division and/or class selected after first division selection.
o If you would like to cross over and compete within other divisions and/or classes, a fee of $60 will be charged per each crossover
selected.
o Example: Sending in $80 + $70 + $70, will allow you to compete within 3 divisions and/or classes (i.e. A competitor would be able to
compete within Novice Figure, Open Figure, and Open Bikini per new NPC rules.)

$60 LATE FEE- If entry fee is sent after 10/17 , an overall late fee will be charged ($60 per competitor). Competitors will be able to enter show
until check-in ends at 8pm on Friday 10/23 and a late fee will be charged at check-in then.

TRAINERS BACKSTAGE PASS - $100

- The Trainers Pass can be purchased ONLY at the weighins/check-ins on Friday October 23. The TRAINERS PASS will
allow you to have your trainer with you at all times backstage.
Trainer must also purchase actual event ticket(s).
ADDITIONAL RULES & REGULATIONS:

NO HOT STUFF OR ANALGESIC SPRAYS ALLOWED (NO EXCEPTIONS!) Light oil permitted
NO bottled or spray tanning lotions will be allowed within The Paramount Theater. LIQUID SUN RAYZ will be providing
the official tanning services in designated areas at The Paramount Theater. There will be no exception to this rule. If you
will not be using the LIQUID SUN RAYZ services please make sure to have all tanning preparation done before you
arrive to the venue.

VIDEO TAPING WILL NOT BE PERMITTED

FOR VENUE & HOTEL (including but not limited to damages from tanning product use): The undersigned consents and agrees that they will comply
with all rules and regulations of The Paramount Theater, including any rules or regulations prohibiting cooking or food preparations in the hotel rooms. The
undersigned will indemnify and hold harmless the NPC and the promoter from and against any damages caused by the undersigned to the Sleep Inn & Suites
Monticello/The Paramount Theater, or damages caused by the undersigned or damages to a guest room or rooms occupied or registered to the undersigned.
Finally, the undersigned acknowledges that the undersigned’s failure to comply with any rule or regulation of the Sleep Inn & Suites Monticello/The Paramount
Theater or damage to any guest room occupied or registered to the undersigned may result in disciplinary action against the undersigned including, but not
limited to, suspension as a member of the NPC and/or competing in contests sanctioned by the NPC.

In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in the NPC SCHAKPRODUCTIONS BLUE RIDGE CLASSIC (“Event”) promoted by SCHAKPRODUCTIONS LLC (“Promoter”) and sanctioned by the National

acknowledge, appreciate and agree that: The risk of injury from the activities involved in this Event is significant, including the potential for permanent paralysis and death, and while particular skills, equipment, and
personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious injury does exist; and, I KNOWLINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE
OF THE PROMOTER AND/OR THE NPC or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation; and, I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation, if, however, I
observe any unusual significant hazard during my presence or participation, I will remove myself from participation and bring such to the attention of the Promoter immediately; and, I, for myself and on behalf of my

damages caused by the undersigned to the Hotel or damages to a guest room or rooms occupied or registered to the undersigned. Finally, the undersigned acknowledges that the undersigned’s failure to comply with
any rule or regulation of the Hotel and/or Venue or damage to any guest room occupied by or registered to the undersigned may result in disciplinary action against the undersigned including, but not limited to,
suspension as a member of the NPC and/or competing in contests sanctioned by the NPC. And in further consideration of permission being granted to me to participate in the Event and its related events. I hereby
grant the NPC, Promoter(s) and/or any other NPC-approved video or entertainment organization and all of their agents, successors, licensees and assigns, the right to photograph or otherwise reproduce (whether by
film, tape, still photography or otherwise) my voice, appearance and name, and to exhibit, distribute, transmit, and/or otherwise ex ploit any and all media, including without limitation, by means of still photography,
motion pictures, radio, television, television motion pictures, video, printing on digital or any other medium now known or hereafter devised, including with respect also to any merchandising, advertising and/or publicity,
and the right to use my name and information about me in any connection with any of the foregoing. The rights granted by me hereunder are granted for the entire universe and shall endure in perpetuity and no further
compensation shall be payable to me at any time in connection therewith. Nothing contained herein shall be deemed to obligate the NPC, Promoter(s), and/or any other NPC-approved video or entertainment
organization, to photograph or otherwise reproduce my voice, appearance or name, or to make use of any rights granted herein. I also understand that the aforementioned rights may be reassigned at any time without
further consent. I understand that the NPC, the Promoter(s) and/or any NPC-approved video or entertainment organization, are videotaping and photographing the Event in express reliance upon the foregoing, and I
represent and agree that I am free to grant the rights granted to the NPC, Promoter and/or any other NPC-approved video or entertainment organization hereunder. I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND
ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVE UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT, AND SIGN IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY
WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT.
