If you are unable to come into the shop during opening hours, please leave this order form, appropriate payment and
delivery options with either campus office or cafeteria for forwarding to the retail shop.
A lay-by system is also available for your convenience from February – December. Please contact the shop to arrange for your items to be put
away and paid off on a regular basis – lay-bys are held for 60 days unless prior arrangement.
The Retail Shop is a sub-committee of Chancellor State College P & C Association. Sub-committee meeting times are advertised in the
newsletter or you can contact the shop for further details. If you would like to be part of this sub-committee, please come along or contact the
shop.
Volunteers in the shop are always appreciated! Many things need to be done – serving at the counter, stocking shelves, unpacking orders and
delivering. If you are able to help, please call into the shop or contact us.

A limited number of 2 hand items are available. Remember, you can always sell uniforms through our shop; they must be clean and in good
repair to appeal to our customers, contact us for details. Donations of uniforms are always welcome – these are used for emergency
situations.
UNIFORM EXCHANGE POLICY – We are happy to exchange any item so long as it has not been worn, laundered or named within 6 months of
purchase, with proof of purchase – please retain your receipts.


If an item has a manufacturers fault and is detected prior to the garment being worn or laundered, please return it straight to the
retail shop for replacement.
Once an item has been worn or laundered, any uniforms with damage, which you believe are manufacturer’s faults, need to be
shown and discussed at the next uniform sub-committee meeting. The committee will come to a decision on either original
manufacturers fault or from general wear and tear and will advise you of this outcome by telephone or letter.
