School Uniforms
Liebman’s will be at Annunciation tomorrow, May 28th from 5:30pm-8pm and Friday, May 29th from
8:30am-11am.
School Supplies
The website to order the supplies is www.ahartzpacktoschool.com. All of the supplies will be
delivered to the school and available for pick up in the gym, dates will be confirmed soon. This
program will eliminate parents getting one list in the summer and another list from the teacher the
first week of school. This program is completely voluntary. If you choose not to use it, you
still need to purchase the same products as found on the website. If you have any

ADNY Religion Exam Grades 3-8
On Thursday, June 4th students in grades 3-8 will take the Archdiocesan Religion Exam. This will be
their final exam for Religion in grades 3-8.
June Parking
Last June we auctioned off a VIP parking space in front of school. No one is permitted to park
directly in front of school during morning drop off or afternoon pickup. The parking space winner
for this June is the BREEN (Ann Marie) family.
Pre K Information
The Pre K will have its end of year celebration on Tuesday, June 9th. Students should wear their
Sunday best and will report to school at their usual time. The main doors will open for guests at
8:45AM. The celebration will begin at 9AM. Siblings may attend the ceremony. June 9th is the last
day of school for Pre K students. All tuition and fees for the 2014-2015 must be paid in full.
Kindergarten Information
The Kindergarten will have its field day on Wednesday, June 3rd. Students should wear their gym
uniform and will report to school at their usual time. Graduation is on June 10th. Students should
wear their Sunday best under their caps and gowns, no sneakers and no flip-flops. Students will
report to school at their usual time. The main doors will open for guests at 8:45AM. The celebration
will begin at 9AM. Siblings may attend the ceremony. June 10th is the last day of school for
Kindergarten students. All tuition and fees for 2014-2015 must paid in full in order for students to
receive their caps and gowns.

Grade 8 Information
All tuition and fees must be paid in full in order for students to receive their caps and gowns and
participate in Graduation Activities. Reminder, dress code for the school sponsored graduation dance
is semi-formal. Girls may wear a dress or skirt that comes to the knee or below and shoulders are to
be covered; strapless dresses or spaghetti straps are not acceptable. Shoes should be an appropriate
height. Boys may wear dress pants, dress shirt, jacket, tie and dress shoes. Sneakers and flip-flops are
not acceptable. Please refer to the June school calendar for the week of June 8th. There is an adjusted
schedule for 8th grade students. Thank you.
Family Fun Night
There is still time to reserve your place at Family Night! In addition to the wonderful auction items
that are attached we also have the following great raffle items: a 4some at Leewood,
a full pizza/salad dinner from Euro Pizzeria, BlowOut from Rua Salon,
full uniform for boy or girl from Liebman's, front row seats for both PREK and Kindergarten
graduations! Don’t miss out on this great event!
Lip Sync DVD Update
Several parents have contacted us to let us know about a problem playing their lip sync DVD. We are
asking that everyone who purchased a lipsync DVD to please check their DVDs to make sure it plays
on their DVD player. There was an error with the master copy that only allows the DVDs to play on
certain DVD players, computers, Xbox, PlayStations, and other devices. It may not work on some
machines and we apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused.
We are working with the manufacturer to secure replacements by sometime next week. I would
kindly ask that anyone needing a replacement to please email Paul Grassi at
[email protected] so he can have a better idea of how many are needed.

Class Assignments for 2015-2016
Students are assigned to a homeroom after consultation between teachers and administration. All
decisions regarding placement are made with the best interest of all students in mind and all decisions
are final. Requests for a specific teacher are not accepted. Thank you.

PREK: The one auction winner will be allowed to select 3 friends to attend
an afternoon craft session with Mrs. Zeitler and Ms. Simone and make your
own ice cream sundae in the Pre K classroom. Date to be coordinated with
Mrs. Zeitler.
KA: A Video Game Party on the SmartBoard with an ice cream sundae party
to follow (in the classroom). It will be for one child and a friend. Date to be
coordinated with Mrs. Cucuzza.
KB: A Video Game Party on the SmartBoard with an ice cream sundae party
to follow (in the classroom). It will be for one child and a friend. Date to be
coordinated with Mrs. Bowring.
1A: Story time at Barnes and Noble with Mrs. Greene for auction winner
and 2 friends on June 19th, after dismissal. Includes selection of book and
treat at the cafe. Transportation provided by the parents.
1B: Breakfast and playtime (board and Smartboard games) for auction
winner and 3 friends with Ms. Secchiano. Date to be coordinated with Ms.
Secchiano.
2A: Enjoy a special lunch tea party in the convent with Mrs. Power for
auction winner and a friend. This will take place on June 19th after
dismissal.
2B: Enjoy a special lunch tea party in the convent with Sr. Kathleen for
auction winner and a friend. This will take place on June 19th after
dismissal.
2C: Bake cookies with Mrs. Pacitto for auction winner and 10 friends. This
will take place on June 19th after dismissal in the cafeteria.
3A: Movie and pizza lunch for auction winner and 10 friends with Mrs.
Brazier. This will take place on June 19th after dismissal in 3A classroom.
4A: Dinner at Roma’s for auction winner and a friend with Mrs. Parisi.
Transportation provided by parents. Date to be coordinated with Mrs.
Parisi.
4B: Dinner at Roma’s for auction winner and a friend with Mrs. Perich.
Transportation provided by parents. Date to be coordinated with Mrs.

Ms. McHale: Manicure at Sage and pizza at Gino’s for auction winner and a
friend. Date to be coordinated with Ms. McHale.
Mrs. Noonan: Principal for a day! Winner will get to dress up for the day,
attend staff meetings, make special afternoon announcements, visit
classrooms and enjoy lunch in the principal’s office. Date to be coordinated
with Mrs. Noonan.

You can purchase gift cards and earn money for our school!
The Annunciation Home School Association is once again selling gift cards to Stew Leonard’s. Stock up now
for all your Graduation and Father’s Day purchases! For each gift card you purchase, Annunciation
School receives up to 10% of the total we purchase as a group, and you get the full value of the gift card. It
really is as easy as that!
If you wish to order one or more gift cards, please complete the bottom portion of this flyer and return it to
school with a check payable to Annunciation Home School Association, in an envelope marked “Stew
Leonard’s Gift Cards.” All gift card orders MUST be returned by Monday, June 8 th . The cards
can be sent home in your child’s homework folder or will be available for pick up at school on Wednesday,
June 10 th .

or if you have any questions.
