What is vex?
who are we?
The VEX Robotics Design System offers
students an exciting platform for learning about
areas rich with career opportunities spanning
Science, Technology, Engineering and Math
(STEM). These are just a few of the many
fields students can explore by creating with
VEX Robotics technology. Beyond science and
engineering principles, a VEX Robotics project
encourages teamwork, leadership and problem
solving among groups.
Lancebotics team 200 is an extracurricular robotics
team comprised of approximately 25 Leaside High
School students, a Teacher volunteer and numerous
parent helpers. They compete in various competitions
across Ontario and will be representing Canada
internationally in Louisville, Kentucky. Team 200 is
a rookie team, established in the fall of 2013, but
with the support of our contributors and the Leaside
community, we will have many successful years to
come.
