Below is a suggested list of supplies that your child will need for third grade. Please try to send
them to school by the end of the first week.
* large backpack (NO WHEELS ALLOWED FOR BUSSERS)
* small pencil box or pouch – no large boxes due to limited space
* 2 sturdy folders
* clipboard
* at least 36 SHARPENED #2 pencils
* crayons (2 boxes 24 count)
* colored pencils
* SCISSORS
* markers (1 box of “Classic colors”)
* 1 highlighter
* 1 black, fine point, felt tip marker (not a Sharpie)
* 1 package of Crayola watercolors (one row of colors)
* 2 large pink erasers (the pencil erasers don’t last as long as the pencils!)
*ear buds or headphones – labeled in a Ziploc bag
2 composition notebooks
glue sticks (20…they get used up quickly!!!)
Elmer’s glue (1 bottle 4 oz. size)
3 boxes of tissues
2 containers of Clorox Wipes
package of small reward stickers (tiny round stickers) 
* These items can be labeled with your child’s name. All other supplies will be placed in a general supplies
basket to be used by all students as needed. If your child loses/runs out of labeled supplies, I will let
you know what needs to be replaced or replenished.

in the classroom. All donations are greatly appreciated!
paper plates (large and small)
napkins
plastic spoons and forks
ziploc baggies (snack, sandwich and gallon sizes)
hand sanitizer
Lysol(disinfecting) spray
package of white or colored copy paper (for drawing)
Games for indoor recess (ex: board games, puzzles, coloring books,
word search or puzzle books, card games, flash cards)
Games for outdoor recess (ex: sidewalk chalk, playground balls,
basketballs, footballs, jump ropes, Frisbees)
PLEASE DO NOT SEND A PERSONAL PENCIL SHARPENER TO SCHOOL!
PLEASE DO NOT SEND A BINDER OR TRAPPER KEEPER TO SCHOOL – The children have limited
desk space.
