Qualifications
We are looking for a visionary leader committed to the success of all of Camden’s students who possesses the drive to be
a self-starter, an entrepreneurial spirit, comfort with ambiguity and a proven track record of overcoming challenges and
achieving strong results. Other key qualifications include:
• Experienced manager
• Experience analyzing and refining systems and processes to identify appropriate enhancements and quality assurance
mechanisms
Requirements
• At least two years of supervisory experience in an executive, managerial, or administrative capacity with staff
performing work related to teacher and school leader effectiveness
• School administrator license or endorsement in the state of New Jersey (or the equivalent license in another state with
