TALEO BUSINESS EDITION
We are announcing the general availability of the 15A2 release of the Oracle Taleo Business Edition
Cloud Service. This release continues to enhance existing features for a better user experience.
REPORTING
This release continues to improve our new reporting solution by providing greater flexibility in creating
custom reports. Upcoming changes include:
•
•
•
Expanded list of standard reports that can be cloned, supplementing the last release
Ability to report on custom tabs to allow customers with custom tabs/objects to be able to
create custom reports on these objects
Retirement of the Insight reporting system
ONBOARD
The usability of Onboard has greatly improved with the ability to bulk print all activity forms in a packet.
Users can select multiple packets and select the forms that they wish to print, resulting in a single PDF
file which can then be sent to the printer or emailed to a contact.
INTEGRATION
This release enhances the Single Sign-On (SSO) capabilities by making it more functionally rich and
easier to implement and configure. Administrators can export the TBE SSO configuration to a metadata
file which can then be imported into the Identity Provider (IDP) to set up the TBE connection. Service
Provider (SP) initiated SSO then allows users and employees to access TBE from links within emails,
reducing the need to have a TBE password for these scenarios.
