Boxfit
Easy Fit
Radical Ballet
Tone your body with simple classical ballet
exercises, danced to a variety of music.
Excellent for building a lean, toned body
while learning to move with grace and
ease. All fitness and experience levels are
welcome!
In this sport combat workout you’ll work the
whole body through targeted conditioning
drills and boxing drills on targets. Classes are
a blend of conditioning, partner target drills
and core stability training. You will learn the
MIJO Boxfit punching system which is great
for beginners and continues to challenge you
as you advance. Gloves & wraps are required
and can be purchased through MIJO Sport.
Learn how to get a safe and invigorating
workout, from either a chair or standing,
despite any mobility limitations due to a
disability, injury, or other health problems.
We will be working within your environment
to improve your general fitness, utilizing
some basic fitness equipment and a creative
approach. Suitable for those starting an
exercise routine or returning from an injury.

your strength and overall movement and

Nia Dance Fusion
TC10K Training Clinics
Outdoors
DANCE, LAUGH, PLAY - Nia is movement to
music that combines Dance, Martial Arts
and Healing Arts. It is gentle on the joints,
helps strengthen the heart, lungs and body,
improves circulation and helps maintain
a healthy weight. Nia is great for any age,
fitness level, or body type.
Planning to participate in the 2015 TC10K
walk or run event? TC10K Training Clinics,
offered region-wide, will help you prepare for
the 26th annual TC10K, happening April 26,
2015. Your 14 week training program includes
a graduated plan for walkers or runners of all
levels, expert training tips, and the support
and encouragement of experienced leaders.
Guest speakers will cover a variety of topics
such as footwear, nutrition, hydration, injury
prevention and cross training. As part of your
registration package, you’ll receive a technical
training shirt, registration in the TC10K run/
walk and use of your host Recreation Center
on clinic training days.
