Growing Research Integrity Together Conference We’re holding a conference at Vanderbilt this summer. It’s called Growing Research Integrity Together, or GRIT. We’ve designed it as a low-cost option for many of us who have small travel budgets, but still want exposure to important topics in research administration especially in the important topic of research integrity. Dates July 7-9, 2015 (Tuesday-Thursday) 8:00 - 5:00 p.m. GRIT will include three days of active, workshop style learning including presentations from Vanderbilt faculty members and leadership from both Vanderbilt University and Vanderbilt University Medical Center, all centered on the topic of building bridging between administrators, faculty and research staff members in support of research integrity. Attendees may participate in a six-month study that is looking at the effectiveness of post-conference interventions. The conference is open to faculty members, staff members, lab or clinic research team members, students, administrators and anyone else (from any institution) who is interested in forging partnerships to build research integrity.
