ENTRY FEES:
$150 per single gender team or $250 for both genders. Limited to 1st 15 teams all others will be
accepted based on marks entered. Individual fee is $7.00 per event and $20.00 per relay team.
Potential exist to enter more than one relay TBD later. Max entry fee for any team entering
individuals is 150.00 per gender.
ENTRIES:
MEET LIMITED TO THE FIRST 15 SCHOOLS CONFIRMED. We’ll accept individual entries.

STEP 2: Once confirmed all entries will be submitted on: www.Athletic.net
STEP 3: Mail your check for your entry to Jesse Guillen at OHS. If your district requires an
invoice please inform me immediately so one can be mailed to you. A receipt will be
provided to coaches on meet day with your team packet.
CONCESSIONS: Snack Bar Food Drinks. Head Coaches receive a ticket for a meal.

Heats will be seeded by times: Medals will be awarded to top 3 in each heat/Flt.
Top 4 in Invitational heats/Flts. possibly more in distance races.

Finish Lynx Auto Timing System: Results will be on Athletic.net and sent to San Diego
track Magazine,& Prep-Cal ASAP. They will be posted throughout meet near snack bar.
9 lane all weather polyurethane track & runways along with all-weather infield. Please 3/16 needle
spikes only on track and jumping areas. Shot Put/Discus standard concrete circle

TEAM CONTRACT
The 1st 15 confirmed teams will be guaranteed 3 entries per event and one Relay. We
will be notifying coaches. If you enter an individual athlete or relay team and they
are accepted, you are expected to pay the individual entry fee if not scratched by the
deadline. This contract is your commitment to attend the 4th Annual Willie Banks
Invitational at Oceanside High School on Saturday April 4th 2015. Entries will be
entered on Athletic.net. Confirmed teams checks should be made out to: OHS Athletic
Boosters C/O Track & Field. Team’s only entering individuals can bring checks on
meet day. Additional meet info will be sent once team entry is confirmed.
