a young person who has a specific learning or
behavioural difficulty.
Read the card carefully together. Then put it
face down and try introducing yourself as that
young person, e.g.

What kinds of things could the school do to help

young person (which includes people with a
learning or behavioural difficulty) are called

There are different types of reasonable
adjustments, for example:
 being flexible about school rules, policies or
procedures
 providing different equipment
 extra teaching
 additional time to complete particular tasks.
