Seattle Sounders FC Priority List: Effect on Transfers
Beginning with the 2016 Renewal Process, Season Ticket Account Holders will not be permitted to
transfer their account in whole or part to any other individual except as otherwise specified herein.
Transfers will no longer be permitted, including transfers to seat designees, except in the exclusive
discretion and control of Seattle Sounders FC (“SSFC”).
a) 2015 Seat Designees: Notwithstanding the foregoing, during the 2016 Renewal Process, Season
Ticket Account Holders who designated any seat or seats under their account in the name of
another individual (“2015 Seat Designees”) shall be permitted to transfer that seat(s) to the
2015 Seat Designee. For avoidance of doubt, 2015 Seat Designees include only those
designations made as part of the 2015 Renewal Process, no later than December 31, 2014. The
2015 Seat Designee receiving a transfer will be subject to the following restrictions:
a. 2015 Seat Designees who receive a transfer of any seat or seats during the 2016
Renewal Process shall not be eligible to purchase additional 2016 season tickets.
b. The Season Ticket Legacy pricing, if applicable, is not transferrable to the 2015 Seat
Designees who receive a transfer of any seat or seats during the 2016 Renewal Process.
b) 2016 Permitted Transfers: Notwithstanding the foregoing, for the 2016 Renewal Process only,
Season Ticket Account Holders shall be permitted to transfer their account, in whole or in part,
to any individual who is a member of the current Season Ticket Account Holder’s immediate
family. For purposes of this transfer policy, immediate family shall include Season Ticket
Account Holder’s spouse/domestic partner, parents/legal guardians, grandparents, siblings
and/or children. All recipients of a transfer under this paragraph shall be subject to the
following restrictions:
a. Immediate family member transferees, who receive a transfer of a seat or seats through
the 2016 Renewal Process shall not be eligible to purchase additional 2016 season
tickets.
b. The Season Ticket Legacy pricing, if applicable, is not transferrable to any individual who
receives a transfer of any seat or seats during the 2016 Renewal Process.
c) Future Transfers: At the conclusion of the 2016 Renewal Process, on or before December 31,
2015, Season Ticket Account Holders will no longer be able to transfer their account, in whole or
in part, to any person or entity, except their spouse, child or parent. SSFC reserves the right to
request documentation of that relationship prior to approving the transfer. SSFC reserves the
right, in its exclusive discretion to approve transfers in otherwise unpermitted circumstances.
Any future recipient of a permitted transfer shall not be eligible to purchase additional seats in
the year of the transfer, nor shall Season Ticket Legacy pricing, if applicable, transfer to the new
account holder.
d) Additional Tickets: All Season Ticket Account holders may be eligible to purchase the same
revocable seat licenses for the following league season at SSFC’s discretion and provided they
are otherwise in conformance with all rules, regulations, policies, terms and conditions
governing all ticket purchases and ticket holders. All Season Ticket Account Holders shall have
the priority right to purchase additional tickets during each Renewal Process before inventory is
made available either to the Rave Green Priority List or the general public. Additional tickets
purchased by Season Ticket Account holders are not eligible for transfer during the 2016
Renewal Process to any otherwise eligible transferees.
e) Ticket Brokers. At any time in SSFC’s exclusive discretion, it is determined that any Season
Ticket Account holder purchases any tickets on a season ticket, partial season or single match
basis, with the intent to resell those tickets, the Season Ticket Account holder may be labelled a
Ticket Broker. SSFC in its sole and exclusive discretion reserves the right to revoke, suspend or
not offer for sale any revocable ticket license to any Ticket Broker or suspected Ticket Broker.
SSFC shall suspend and revoke any Season Ticket Account holder attempting to transfer all or
any portion of their account through the 2016 Renewal Process, or act, by intent or effect, in
any way in contravention of the policies and rules governing the purchase of Seattle Sounders
FC tickets, or whom supplies false contact or other information which tends to disguise the
purchaser’s identity or otherwise mislead Ticketmaster™ or Sounders FC about the individual
purchasing tickets or nature and purpose of Sounders ticket purchases.
